You know that dream? The one you have more than once and you can't figure out what it means? Well I've been having this dream for the past few months! It's a wooden staircase, and a nun leading me up! Don't get me wrong, I'm not Catholic, never have been! But we all know what nuns are right? I do believe in God and go to church regularly, which only makes this dream more irregular! Questions in my head,what's going on? Why? And the scariest, will I see this staircase someday? You see, sometimes things I dream come true! And especially when it's a recurring dream! So... You can only guess my fear right now! So.. Back to the dream, the nun leads me up a staircase, wooden but sturdy, for some reason I hear children chanting *Mother Marie's" in the background! The nun only seems to get slower and slower as we climb the short, one story staircase! The chanting children only get louder! And the nun or "Mother Superior" as I've come to relize, looks down at me once, halfway up the short staircase! Her eyes convey what her stern set mouth will not, "Come child, all will be explained" Slowly but surely, I climb the staircase, and as in all dreams it seems to take ages! Then when I finally reach the top all that's there is a four foot platform. When I peek over the edge I see that rows and rows of pews are below. One problem, I don't remember how I ever got to this crazy church with this crazy staircase!
