-The empire is divided in 128 department." Loudly explained the teacher while hitting the black board with her chalk to write that number. "You will find all the required information about them for the upcoming test in the 14th edition of "Geographie-Impériale", which you will have to read as a homework, your highness." She added before turning back toward her 6-year-old student, who still hadn't finished writing down the lessons she had been teaching him.
-Have you written everything?" She asked, in a cold and somewhat rhetorical tone, as she looked down on the small boy.
-Y-yes mam." Answered the small boy with a small node as his red pupils stayed glued to what he had scribbled, his overly fancy pen and overly formal suite contrasting with his big head, half open mouth, slightly pink cheeks and overall cute and ignorant expression.
-Now let us move to mathematics." Explained the middle age teacher, who's strict tone, annoyed expression conflicted with her overly fashionable and expensive green dress indicated how little interest she had in actually teaching anything to the small prince.
Looking up at her with a distraught expression, the boy gave her the best pleading, puppy-like face he could muster to hopefully be spared from having to perform anymore work.
-Don't complain!" She screamed at him, pointing the chalk toward him as if it was a threat, causing the little one to lower his head in resignation before slowly closing the copybook he had been writing in and reluctantly standing up and moving to the back of the rather large classroom to place it in the designated drawer.
-Hurry, we don't have all day." Complained the teacher while taping her foot on the ground and crossing her arms, almost stabbing the princess with her eyes as he struggled to reach up his other copy book, which she had mistakenly put on the third shelf instead of the second.
Finally, grabbing onto the edge of the book after stretching his arms and legs as much as he possibly could, the prince suddenly froze in place before jerking his head to the side.
Looking out by the large open window leading to a relatively small and discrete balcony overlooking the Imperial castle's left flank, where the summer garden was positioned, the boy didn't pay much attention as his teacher furiously yelled at him to get a move on.
Instead, the princess let go of the book he had grabbed onto and with uncharacteristic excitement rushed to the balcony.
-Your highness!" Screamed the teacher in a panic, realizing that if the prince was to accidentally fall off and plummet 15 meters below head first into the apple tress, she would most likely be blamed for the accidental, in no small part due to directly being instructed not to open this window for this very reason.
-Âmeless!" Shouted a feminine voice as a flash of pink and red light suddenly blazed past the window before crashing into the back wall of the room, having tackled the little prince on the way.
-Mom!" Excitedly shouted the little boy, who was apparently used to his mother's sudden and rather energetic entrances.
-My little baby boy! I missed you so much!" Answered the queen, who was already squeezing her son against herself and between her brat in an extremely tight hug,
-I missed you too, mom!" Answered Âmeless, visibly unbothered by the queen's lightweight battle armor, or the foul stench of said clothes which were stained with blood, covered in numerous patches of mud and soaked in her own sweat.
-Your majesty?!" Shouted the teacher in utter surprise as she took a step back.
-How are you doing, my little baby boy?!" Asked the queen as she vigorously shuffled the little boy's hair, cheeks, hears and forehead while pocking his nose, fingers, arms and legs while completely ignoring the professor.
