Taehyung and V sat across from each other in their cozy home office, stacks of resumes and interview notes spread out in front of them. Their latest endeavor had brought them face-to-face with a string of ex-workers from Mr. Olsen's company, each with their own tale of abrupt resignation and unsettling experiences.

"Okay, next up is Mr. Park," V said, glancing down at the list. He tapped on the tablet in front of him, bringing up Mr. Park's resume. "Former senior accountant at Olsen Corp, resigned last year."

Taehyung nodded, adjusting his glasses. "Let's see what he has to say."

Moments later, a middle-aged man entered the room, looking slightly nervous but determined. He greeted Taehyung and V politely before taking a seat.

"Thank you for coming, Mr. Park," Taehyung began. "We're trying to understand the circumstances surrounding the resignations of several employees from Olsen Corp. Could you tell us why you chose to leave?"

Mr. Park cleared his throat, his expression serious. "Well, I worked at Olsen Corp for almost eight years. Initially, everything seemed fine-competitive pay, good benefits. But things started to change about two years ago."

V leaned forward, his brow furrowing. "What changed exactly?"

"There was a shift in management," Mr. Park explained. "Mr. Olsen became more... controlling. Decisions that used to involve team input suddenly became dictated from the top. It felt suffocating, like our opinions didn't matter anymore."

Taehyung scribbled notes on his pad. "Did Mr. Olsen ever give a reason for these changes?"

Mr. Park hesitated, glancing around nervously. "He cited increased competition and the need to streamline operations. But it always felt like there was something more, something he wasn't telling us."

V exchanged a look with Taehyung. "Did you notice any unethical practices or misconduct during your time there?"

Mr. Park nodded slowly. "There were rumors-about financial irregularities, mistreatment of lower-level staff. Personally, I didn't witness anything concrete, but the atmosphere became tense. People were afraid to speak up."

Taehyung frowned, his mind racing. "Were there specific incidents that prompted your resignation?"

Mr. Park sighed heavily. "Yes, actually. One of my colleagues, a young woman from the marketing team, was suddenly let go without any explanation. She was excellent at her job, and everyone was shocked. That's when I started seriously considering my own future at the company."

V leaned back, tapping his chin thoughtfully. "Thank you, Mr. Park. Your insights are invaluable."

As Mr. Park left, Taehyung and V exchanged notes. "It seems like there's a pattern here," Taehyung remarked. "A shift in management style, increased control from Mr. Olsen, and a culture of fear."

V nodded. "And the sudden dismissals. We need to dig deeper into these financial irregularities and mistreatment rumors."

Their next interviewee, Ms. Lee, was a former IT specialist at Olsen Corp. She entered the room with a steely determination, ready to share her experiences.

"Ms. Lee, thank you for meeting with us," V greeted warmly. "Could you tell us about your time at Olsen Corp and why you chose to resign?"

Ms. Lee folded her hands in her lap, her expression grave. "I worked there for five years. Initially, it was a great place to work-dynamic environment, good team spirit. But things changed."

Taehyung leaned forward. "In what way?"

"Mr. Olsen started cutting corners," Ms. Lee explained. "IT budgets were slashed, equipment wasn't updated. It became harder to do our jobs effectively. And then there were the security breaches..."

V raised an eyebrow. "Security breaches?"

"Yes," Ms. Lee nodded solemnly. "We had several instances where sensitive company information was compromised. I raised concerns, but they were dismissed. It felt like they were more concerned with saving money than protecting our data."

Taehyung made a note of this. "Did you ever confront Mr. Olsen about these issues?"

Ms. Lee shook her head. "No, I didn't dare. There was this unwritten rule-don't question the boss. Those who did were either ignored or pushed out."

V sighed, his frustration evident. "It sounds like a toxic environment."

"It was," Ms. Lee agreed. "I loved my job, but I couldn't stay knowing that things were only getting worse. The final straw was when a close friend in another department was unfairly let go. That's when I handed in my resignation."

Taehyung glanced at V, a determined look on his face. "Thank you, Ms. Lee. Your testimony is crucial."

After Ms. Lee left, Taehyung and V conferred quietly. "The IT issues and security breaches align with what Mr. Park mentioned about financial irregularities," Taehyung mused. "There's definitely something shady going on at Olsen Corp."

V nodded grimly. "It seems like Mr. Olsen's management style is causing serious problems-both operationally and ethically. We need more evidence to piece it all together."

Over the course of the day, Taehyung and V interviewed several more ex-workers from Olsen Corp. Each story painted a similar picture of a once-promising company tainted by Mr. Olsen's questionable decisions and authoritarian leadership.

They learned about employees being pressured to meet unrealistic targets, discriminatory practices in promotions, and even instances of workplace harassment that went unchecked. The more they heard, the clearer it became that Olsen Corp was in dire need of scrutiny.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, Taehyung and V sat back in their chairs, exhausted but determined. They had gathered a wealth of information-enough to start piecing together a report that would expose Mr. Olsen's mismanagement and mistreatment of his employees.

"We have a lot to sift through," V said, rubbing his temples. "But I think we're onto something."

Taehyung nodded in agreement. "We need to corroborate these stories, gather more concrete evidence. But I believe we can make a compelling case."

V smiled wearily. "I'm glad we decided to take this on, Tae. These people deserve justice."

"And we're going to help them get it," Taehyung replied firmly.

With renewed determination, they began organizing their notes, outlining their next steps. They knew the road ahead wouldn't be easy-confronting a powerful figure like Mr. Olsen would come with challenges-but they were ready to fight for what was right.

As they wrapped up for the night, Taehyung glanced at V with a grateful smile. "Thank you for being by my side through this, V."

V returned the smile warmly. "Always, Tae. We're in this together."

And with that unwavering support, Taehyung and V continued their mission to uncover the truth about Mr. Olsen and bring justice to those who had suffered under his rule.
