I don't want to leave

Chapter two

Devon

"No!" yelled Kurt.

Kurt tried to stop the elevator from closing, but she went down to the first floor. He hit the door.

"That's it, it's over. She's gone, she's not here," said Finn.

Shane left the living room, sat on his bed, and lay down.

"This can't be happening. She can't just—" He stopped and heard something in the elevator, like a cry.

They nodded, pressed the button, and the door opened, revealing Victoria crying.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry. I have nowhere to go. I didn't want to leave," she said.

Her mascara is on her cheeks from her cry. I walked towards her and bent down, pulling her next to me.

She stopped crying and had her eyes closed when I got up. I started picking her up and carrying her to my bed.

"Devon, she can't leave us. She said that she had nowhere else to go," said Kurt.

"I know. I'll remind her tomorrow," I said as I walked towards the bedroom.

After I put her on my bed, I tried to leave, but she rolled over, and my arm was caught under her as she cuddled it.

I looked at her beautiful face. I could not believe how her adopted mother would try to kill her.

I bent down to the side of my bed, she opened her sleepy eyes and looked at me.

"Devon," she said in a sleepy voice.

She hugged me close to her. I didn't know what to do.

"Kiss me," she said.

"I can't," I responded to her.

"Devon, please, I love you," she said.

"What about the others?" I asked.

"I love them also, but you are my first one," she said.

"I can't-" I stopped until she interrupted me.

"I want you inside me!" she yelled.

I covered my hand over her mouth.

"Shhh, they can hear us. They have good hearing."

"Mmmm," she tried to talk, just realized that my hand was in her mouth, and I let go of her mouth.

"Please, I won't regret it even if I have sex with you," she said.

I sighed.

"Promise me that you won't yell at me if I take your virginity," I said.

"I promise," she said.

I went on top of her, and she let me have my arm back. She looked into my eyes; there is fear in them and excitement.
