From the clandestine union between Princess 𝐑𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐧𝐲𝐫𝐚 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐞𝐧 and 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠, the Captain of the Royal Guard, came the birth of Princess 𝐃𝐚𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐕𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧, the sole daughter of the rightful heir to the 𝐈𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐞.
Like her brothers, the young princess did not inherit much of Velarian beauty. However, unlike them, her eyes were a pure lilac, a feature only those with 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 possessed, and that spared her from many judgmental looks.

However, after the death of 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐬, the kingdom is thrown into chaos with the rise of the 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐬 to the throne, resulting in an imminent 𝐜𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐰𝐚𝐫.
