                            Chapter 12
            Where Vienna leaves her cocoon

Jamal would be lying if he said he didn't miss seeing Vienna. She hasn't come out of her house in 4 days which is unlike her. Jamal didn't realise how much it meant to her but no he definitely knows.

He was trying to think of solutions to try and get her out of her house but couldn't seem to think of anything. If he got her flower shop back would she be happy?

Alphonso told Jamal to leave it how it is and that she's being dramatic but he didn't know Vienna like Jamal did.

He could have swore he saw vienna this morning getting herself a coffee but he didn't go up to her, he figured space is everything and so he respected that.

Vienna wanted to go out, she wanted to text Jamal saying 'sorry for walking off yesterday' but she didn't she was stubborn like that.

But even if she told Jamal what she was feelings, she'd doubt he'd care he was somebody else's somebody that wasn't her place anymore, it hurted her to say.

She was well aware she was being a tad bit dramatic but she still didnt get out of this "mess"

"Vienna?" Jobe said through the phone
"Vienna?" Jobe said louder

"Sorry,what" Vienna says

"I was saying that I got into Sunderland" Jobe says happily

"That's amazing Jobe, I'm proud of you" Vienna says truly
"I knew you could do it" Vienna, the older cousin says

"Thank you vi, hear anything else about the flower shop?" He says

"Nope the new owners should be moving in soon,there making it into ANOTHER cafe like we don't have loads here anyway" Vienna says

"I'm shocked Jamal hasn't helped or anything" he says

"He has, he offered to give me €450, I refused I couldn't take it from him" Vienna says messing with her nails
"Haven't spoken to him since, think he hates me" she says shrugging

"As if Jamal musiala would hate you"
Jobe says

"He has every right to me I was a dick to him"

"You were mad Vienna, I would be too he understands" Jobe says

"Yeah maybe, should I talk to him?" She says

"I think so, think he'd appreciate it" he says

"Okay, I'll call you back" Vienna says before ending the call

Vienna found herself waiting for the boy to arrive which was for like 5 minutes.

"You wanted to meet me?" Jamal says sitting down beside her

"I'm sorry for the other day Jamal, I mean it, I was a dickhead and was mad at everyone and everything and took it out of you" she says

"Why the fuck are you apologising Vienna, you every right to be mad, you just lost your flower shop, you need to stop trying to be perfect for everyone, you have feelings and I respect that" he says

"thank you Jamal, even though you can get annoying I still appreciate you" Vienna chuckles

"Annoying is it?" Jamal says also joining in

They're laughs filled the air til it died down.

"Vienna, I was going to tell you about Emily I never really got the chance to" he says

"I still need to meet her" Vienna says

"You should, she'd love you"

"Would she?"

"She really would" Jamal says
"Well, I don't wanna speak to soon, we've been arguing all day" he says

"Over what?"

"Stupid stuff, that's I'm not allowed to not dedicate my goal to her" he says

"Whattt, yeah already I don't think I'd like her" Vienna says

"She can have her moments for sure" he says

"Sounds like your in love" Vienna says looking at him

"In love?" His eyes widen as he repeats what Vienna said

"Well what else is it" she says

"I'm NOT inlove" he says

"Why are you dating her then" she says

"I wouldn't call it love, love to me is like someone you meet or know and have imitate connection, a connection that's so strong that you are drawn to them in a way you have never experienced before"
"I don't think that's me and her" he shrugs

"Break up with her then, your only going to make it worse as the days go on" Vienna says

"I don't why I dated her in the first place" he says

"When Leroy said it in the car the other day that's when I actually thought it could be love but now it doesn't feel right, but I wouldn't know as I've never been with anyone to realise what love is" he says

"I'm sure you'll find someone one day that will scoop you off your feet and will be so nice to you and then you'll realise what love is, and it would be her" she says

"Same goes" Jamal says smiling.
