Latrelle dropped me off home and I could tell he wanted to kiss me and so did I 😩 but eventhough i really like him I still don't know him like that so I gave him a kiss on his cheek and he turned his other cheek too😂
"See you around gorgeous" he said
"Byee Latrelle" I waved before entering my house.

I immediately took off my shoes bra and everything and I threw myself on the couch just reminiscing today's events before getting up again to take a shower.

<Time skip> 3 weeks later

I haven't really spoken to Latrelle or anything bc I've been super focused on getting good grades and the little spare time I did have I spent it with Jamal, I didn't like seeing him all alone plus i could tell he was struggling with something with the way he's been acting recently, turns out he's after some secret hidden treasure. Everyone including me told him he was wasting his time on something so absurd, but he truly believed in the treasure and I know he truly enjoyed going on all these adventures, so as a good friend ofc I'll support him.

We were at school and Jamal was sad and deep in thought he was currently at a dead end and didn't see a way out, so I let him rest his head on my shoulder and I caressed his head "listen I know you'll find some sort of hint or solution, don't be too hard on yourself. Remember you aren't the only one who's ever looked for this treasure but you're the only one who's gotten this far" I said and then I learned my head on his. Jamal pulled away and looked at me with big happy puppy eyes "🥹what would I do without you y/n" he said as he tightly hugged me, I hugged him back. I strangely love Jamal for some reason😂 he always cracks me up and it makes me sad to see him sad.
Jamal eventually leaves as he has a class to get to but my class starts at a later time so I was just chilling and waiting.

I was on my phone and i could hear latrelle voice in the background so I ofc looked up and i saw him walking past with some girl and might I add they were walking REAL close, she was giggling at everything he said, she was practically hugging his arm. Okay..

Even at lunch I spotted him getting his hair braided by some chick and I overheard when she asked him "how you plan on thanking me for making you look this good?😉" and he said something along the lines of 'stop by my house and you'll find out' this is where I fall back I got the message loud and clear. Like I know i didn't speak to him much but the phone works 2 ways, he wasn't hitting me up. I was busy studying and I guess he was busy doing this.

It's the end of day and everyone was leaving but I had to go back to pick up somethings from my locker, on the way there I walk past latrelle our eyes met for a second but I coldly turned my face in the opposite direction.

I got all the hmw for today and I put it in my bag and closed my locker. When i turned around I noticed someone waiting by the lockers and it was him🙄.
I walked past him and he asked me "oh so it's like that now?"
"Yes it is like that" I carried on walking but he was right behind me.
"It is like that especially when you're out here flirting with half of the female population" I added.
"Nah, what about you huh?" He said.
"Me?" I asked him stopping to turn around and face him.
"Yes you, you and Jamal" he said in all seriousness.
"You've got to be kidding me he's my freaking friend?!" I said in frustration like how dumb can u be to not see that me and Jamal are just friends.
"Well then can't I have friends too?!" He said. "I'm not doing this with you rn, keep it pushing Latrell" I said picking up my speed and walking out of the school building leaving him behind as he called out my name.

I was walking on the sidewalk and latrelle pulled up with in his green car asking me to get in, and I kept on ignoring him. He was still mad at me and I was still mad at him but he kept on trying to convince me "you know it's a long walk so just get in so I can drop you off". "Hell no, what part of keep it pushing do u not understand. I'm not getting in your car leave me alone" I rudely replied. "Just get tf in, jeez you're so dramatic" he said continuously pressing the horn at the making too much noise, grabbing the attention of passer-bys. "Okay! Okay! Oh my gosh!🙄" I said covering my ears as I got in his car. I crossed my arms and legs and faced the window.

I didn't utter a word until we got to my house. "Thank you." I said getting out. He got out too and locked his car.
"Erm what are you doing?" I asked him cuz he was stood right behind me as I searched for my keys. "Don't worry about it b" he replied patiently waiting on me to get the door opened. I walked him with him right behind me. "Look you're the last person I want to see right now, frankly you shouldn't even be here🙄 but I really don't have any strength to be going back and forth with you, so please mind yourself and don't disturb me" I said with my hands crossed. "Yes ma'am" Latrelle replied trying to be funny. "I'm only letting u stay out of the kindness of my heart nothing else" I just rolled my eyes and went upstairs, he remained downstairs.

Once I got into my pjs and showered I began doing my hmw in the living room, yk i really thought he was going to try some funny business but he didn't try nothing he was actually acting normal.

His phone kept on ringing and vibrating from all the messages he was receiving, he would take a quick glance at his phone and then suck his teeth and go back to watching the tv, I already knew who it was.
Honestly speaking the constant noise was distracting.

"I think you should probably get that, she's already pissed off don't make it worse" i said nonchalantly.
"How did you- yk what nvm, she ain't even my girl or nothing" he replied.
"I didn't ask, why you stressing? Not like I care😂" I said in a condescending tone "the constant buzzing and ringing is getting annoying, go give your hoes some attention they clearly need it." I said getting up and packing my stuff and going upstairs to finish my school work. "But Y/n" Latrell called out to me. "Nah save it" I replied from the stairs. "..you're the only one I want to give attention to" Latrell lowly said running his hands down his face.

Man this bitch Deya just fucked shit up for me blowing up my phone like as if I owe her money🤦🏽‍♂️. I was planning on talking to y/n after she finished her school work yk trying to get good with her and now this shit just made it worse, bruh why is this bitch even hitting my line like that? I'll call her back in the morning.
