The world was filled with monsters, Some were were simple to explain and some defied the entire concept of reality. Hunters rose up to deal with those monsters and by this point even the strangest were taken down by the combined efforts of hunters

Xeno'jiiva has fallen by the hands of a legendary hunter who has managed to vanquish all that stood in his way.
The hunter raises his sword victorious after going through so many monsters to get here, He stopped the cause of imbalance and now everything will be restored.
His team reunites celebrating their victory, After a long journey they arrived to a huge party held for their accomplishment and with the disappearance of Xeno'jiiva, The monsters that were drawn in retreated to the closest areas which surprisingly had resources for them to thrive in and with how large the places were. The monsters quickly made those places their homes.
There are a total of 9 islands that became habitats for the monsters and the most notable ones are the first island which had harmless monsters and was mostly inhabitated by humans however this island has some large secrets lying beneath it.
The following had monsters that increased in difficulty but the most dangerous island that requires hunter's intervention weekly is the 7th island and the following islands only require those with true skills to intervene.
Variants and the most powerful of wyverns and elder dragons live within the 7th island example Nergigante, Deviljho and The Zeniths.
Over the years monsters have grown stronger but so have the humans, Monsters would cause havoc only for humans to intervene and take them out. This was a cycle that has been repeated over and over again with the exception of very few monsters ignoring this cycle completely.

18 years have passed since Xeno'jiiva's defeat and whether it is appreciated or loathed, A change will always occur and this change is going to be out of this world.
