The world was filled with monsters, Some were were simple to explain and some defied the entire concept of reality. Hunters rose up to deal with those monsters and by this point even the strangest were taken down by the combined efforts of hunters

================ It's high noon and the kelbi, gargwa and even the theropod bird wyverns are running away.
But what could be the reason for these creatures to be running away? An powerful wyvern? An elder Dragon or it could.
Draconis.

Draconis has grown considerably after wasting 3 days on evolving. His bones have become far denser being able to withstand more trauma he has fur to soften the blows to his neck and the spikes have grown denser though a few have disappeared, his skin tougher and nearly flame proof, His muscles have bulked up greatly but he chases his prey at a speed that shouldn't be possible for a big creature like him.
He has grown to nearly match the Yian Garuga being at a height of 880 and a length of 1200. His claws more deadly now able to cut away at small theropod bird wyverns with a single swipe, he has gotten a second row of teeth inside of his mouth and tusks replaced with horns since they don't hurt as much and are more durable. He has gills on his sides to breath better underwater and finally a third set of eyes to see in the dark, the second is temperature and the first is normal human vision.
*Splash!*
Draconis has just jumped into a pond and alot of the water splashes into the bushes around.
This results in all of the bugs being startled and the bugs he is after is among them, The thunderbug.
Draconis climbs out of the pond and he starts eating the thunderbugs making sure to eat as many as he could.
He does this because they are special. He doesn't know what it does but it sends a shock through his body and he thinks it's making him stronger.
Draconis:"Harf"
Draconis finished the last of the thunderbugs and he starts walking back home but once he arrives an ear piercing screech echos from the deeper parts of his cave.
Draconis stops frozen for a few seconds but then he roars back.
He starts to gallop into his cave, This is HIS territory. He worked to get it and he won't let another creature leech off of him.
The cave starts to get wetter and wetter aswell as darker and as he gallops, Draconis soon decelerates into a walk as he scans the area.
He hasn't spotted anything yet, Maybe it left when it heard him threaten it.
He turns to leave but something drops a few inches from him. It's saliva? But the earth starts to sizzle immediately after the saliva made contact.
Draconis is hit with realization and he moves backwards just as a pale blob lands before him.
He tilts his head in confusion, What is this thing?
