The waves rocked against the ship making its way to the heart of the Bermuda Triangle. An expedition years in the making coming to fruition in a single voyage. The ship bustled with life tending to the systems and mechanics to ensure a smooth passage through the treacherous waters. The weather kept clear for the most part though it was rather blistering in terms of heat. The shouts and yells of the sailors could be heard as the hatch opened along the side of the entry way. A woman walked out closely followed by the captain. She wore light clothing for the trip as it was one of the hottest regions in the Atlantic.
The woman in question gazed through her shades as the captain walked with her. She had been on many adventures, this one was no different. Though a part of her wished it would be. Knowing how her luck tended to run out left much to be desired. However after being stuck in her stuffy Manor for months on end she was excited to get out and about again.
She tapped into her comms as she checked the signal. "Zip, you coming through alright?" She asked. A bit of static filled her ear before a voice came through. A small projection in her glasses showed a man sitting in front of some computers. He looked on at the data he was seeing from the equipment she had on her.

"Little fuzzy, but well within the predicted margin of Error. You've got eyes in the sky Lara. Look up and say hi, girl." He said chuckling bringing up a projection in the other lens of her glasses letting her see a slightly delayed feed of herself. She gave a small smile and looked up waving a bit.
"Beautiful as ever Lara, I hope the weather keeps well while you're out there." A new voice spoke up as Lara turned her head a bit in surprise.
"Is that Alister I hear?" She asked as a new face popped up in her feed. One she was all too familiar with. "I thought you were overseeing the exhibit opening? Get cold feet old man?" She asked as he simply rolled hie eyes and faked a laugh.
"Yes well my friends at the Museum are handling the particulars. You need me here right now on research." He said as Zip looked at him with a chuckle. "Yeah because we definitely can't handle ourselves without a history nerd."
