She said yes.

My grandpa had called to let me know that Ophelia has said agreed to marry me. I don't think she is marrying me for my money because I assume she is just as rich as I am. There must be some other reason.

I have to meet her today so that we get to know eachother and discuss about the wedding and blah blah blah according to my grandpa.

I took out the card grandpa had given me yesterday which had her number.

" Hi this is Damien, if your free today we can meet at Bluehouse at 7 to discuss all the wedding stuff." I texted her and started doing my work.

After some time I checked to see if any important messages are there. Then I noticed that Ophelia had replied back.
"Sure. I'll meet you there."

I had a lot of work for me before I have to meet her.

I called Jane inside my office.
" Cancel all my meetings after 6"I told her

"Ok, may I ask what for?" She asked
"Got a date" I told her

"A date!!" She said it in disbelief.
"Since when did you start going on dates?" She asked me. I just gave her a shrug and said "And make a reservation at Bluehouse at 7."

"Well let me give you some advice because who knows after how long you are going on a date. Don't talk about your work and definitely don't scare her away." She told me .

I just gave her a 'are you serious' look.

"Oh and don't forget protection" she said with a smirk.

" Leave. Now" I told her not wanting to do 'the talk' with her

She went away laughing.

I continued with my work wanting to forget this conversation ever happened.

It was soon time for me to leave. I got ready to leave. I bid jane goodbye and went to the parking lot. I got in my car and drove home to have some change of clothes.

I had reached the restaurant,went to the reception" Reservation for Damien Black at 7 " I asked the lady standing there.

"Right this way sir." She said and led me to my table.

" Would you like anything to drink sir." She asked with a flirty smile.

" Just water" I said coldly.

I reached the restaurant early. Ophelia reached on time , I saw her enter.

She looks even more beautiful in person. Focus Damien your here just to talk and not for a date.

A waiter guided her to our table. As she approached I got up to greeted her.

"Miss Parker. Nice to meet you." I said and shook hands with her .

"Just Ophelia. It's nice to meet to too Mr Black." She said.

"Just Damien" I said repeating her sentence.
