Chapter 1: Miss.Evelyn

Evelyn's P.O.V
I got a call from Darnell saying that he had stole candy from a mini mart. I told Isla that I was leaving and make sure to lock the doors and everything. When I pulled up to the mini mart I saw a car but I didn't think nothing much of it, as I walked inside I saw Darnell looking at the floor ' Darnell why would you steal candy from Samir. Noe Samir is going to have to call the police.' I looked at Samir and winked he picked up the phone and pretend to call the police ' Please don't call the police I won't do it again ' Darnell was begging him to not call the police and I just shook my head telling him I got this. ' I promise I won't steal from ever again Miss.Evelyn ' Darnell said ' Are you bullshiting me?' ' No ' ' OK well go tell Samir you're sorry and that you won't steal from him again' ' OK. I'm sorry Samir and I won't steal from you again' Samir nodded and put the phone down. ' Now go home it's past your bed time' as he left I thanked Samir for not calling the police and then I walked to the back of the store to get me and Isla a turkey.

Unknown P.O.V
Me and my boy start walking up to the store with our masks down and guns up. We storm through there saying shit like ' Give us all the motherfucking money in the cash register now bitch' ' Do it now Osama '  and when he did give us the money my homeboy said ' If black people can't have nothing, why should you' and shot him. We heard a gasp at the back of the store and started walking back there. After a couples seconds we shot her and ran out.

Isla P.O.V
After Miss.Evelyn left I went up stairs and layed on my bed. After a few minutes she didn't come back so she might be getting something so I just fell asleep.

[Next morning]

As I woke up I went downstairs and I still didn't find Miss.Evelyn. I checked everywhere for her but I couldn't find her. I started to cry because maybe she went back to the foster care system to give me back. As I was crying I heard a person walk through the porch and sit down. I carefully walked into the kitchen to grab a knife incase anything happened.

Bobby's P.O.V
Me and Jack were following Jerry to mom's house. As we walk through the porch we hear ' Yall just gonna leave me in the cold like this' we turn around to see Angel. ' Hey baby brother. You asshole didn't come to mom's funeral' ' Sorry, my flight got held back' when we all hugged Jerry opened the door and soon as we walked in someone grabbed Jerry and put a knife up against his throat and saying ' Quien eres ' ' Donde esta la senorita Evelyn' and ' Por que estas aqui' it was a women... well it was a girl holding a knife to Jerry throat and yelling in Spanish.

Isla P.O.V
I had the knife against a man's throat incase he tried to do anything to me or if he did anything to Miss.Evelyn. The man with slick back hair started yelling and asking questions, the only thing that was on my mind was where was Miss.Evelyn. ' Where... Miss... Evelyn?' He looked mad and sad and then took out a gun and pointed it at me and that made me take the knife off of the man's throat. As he turned around I got a better look at them and they looked really familiar. I then remembered the book Miss.Evelyn showed me and the boys in the picture were the men in front of me and Miss.Evelyn said that they were my brothers. ' Hermanos?' they looked confused ' Brothers' I said and then he put the gun down and started speaking to the other men and went into the living room. I tried to remember their names ' Bobby,Jerry,Angel,y Jack' I said ant they turned around and looked at me and I pointed at myself and said ' isla' ' Sister ' and then they looked as the finally understood what was going on.

Bobby's P.O.V
I guess this Isla girl was our sister but the problem was should couldn't speak English very well so we sat her down and said ' Miss.Evelyn is dead' she understood that because she started crying saying ' La senorita Evelyn esta con Dios ' I looked at Angel because he was in the marines so he should have known a little bit she was saying. He took a second and said ' Si' and she just got up and went upstairs and we followed her. We found her packing up some stuff in a bag and looked at us and said ' I ... leave' but I grabbed her arm and she looked up at me confused.

Isla P.O.V
Bobby had grabbed my arm and took off my bag and started taking stuff out. I stopped him and said ' What... you...doing' he stopped at said something to fast and then he said ' You stay here' and I just sat down on my bed and went to sleep.

Bobby's P.O.V
Today has been one of a shit day I'll deal with all of this tomorrow
