Blake's pov

"What?!" My mom yelled looking like a mad woman, her hands clutching at each side of her head, eyes widen with fear and mouth opened with shock.

"What do you mean she ran away?" My dad asked more relaxed, with a cool face, repeating the same words I had just told them.

"I i-i don't know...." I stuttered looking at my dad's stone cold eyes and my mom's panicked eyes.

"...I just came up to her room to get her and I found this letter" I finished as I dropped my head before handing the letter to my parents, since they still choose to not believe a word I just said.

Dear Mom and Dad,

I know you must be worried and confused right now, but please know that I will be safe and okay. I couldn't go through with the wedding today. I know this may come as a shock to you both, but I have been feeling uncertain and unsure about this marriage for a while now.
I know you were looking forward to celebrating with me today, and I'm so sorry to disappoint you. But I had to be honest with myself and listen to my heart. I need some time to figure out what I truly want and need in life.
Please know that I love and appreciate you both so much, and I hope you can understand and support my decision. I will be in touch soon to talk more and explain everything.
With all my love,
Bria.

The note said.

"What are we going to do now Lisa?" My dad asked my mother, now showing emotions, his index and thumb fingers massaging his forehead, clearly irritated with my sister's decision. A tiny form of guilt formed in my heart as I watched him stare at my mother, worry now evident in his eyes.

"I don't know, David, I really don't" my mother replied, tears forming in her eyes, both palms covering her face, clearly trying to shield the fact that she's on the verge of crying.

"I will kill that daughter of yours when I lay my eyes on her" my dad said calming, another emotion showed since he got here. Anger. Making my mother look up at him, her eyes shifted to me as she walked closer to me.

"Call her again Blake....please try her number again" my mother said tapping my phone screen, her voice shaking and eyes glossed with unshed tears. Making anger spread about in my body.

"I've already dialed her 20 times, she's not picking mother" I said, my heart beating faster than usual, clearly annoyed and vexed with my sister. If she knew she wasn't going to go about with the wedding shouldn't she have had the decency and courtesy to call it off instead? Instead of waiting till the last minute. And no she didn't call it off, she ran, she ran away like she always does. Never wants to be held accountable for her decision. Lord knows I feel nothing but anger and hatred towards her right now.

Our own mother is stressed, about to burst yet she's out there probably running free with her stupid boyfriend, making me..ME, the one who has to suffer through this.
I looked over at my father, watching him think, clearly thinking of ways to end my
Sister. My father wasn't a no nonsense person and Bria knew it, so why did she choose to embarrass him, Them, now.
