3rd pov 

Sal and Travis are dating. Today is Travis 17th birthday.

Travis pov 

Today's my birthday. I woke up to my alarm. I sat up, groaning. I grabbed my phone and turned the alarm off. I saw that Sal had texted me. I smiled and opened the text.

Sal♥: Happy Birthday babe!

Travis: Thank you!

Sal♥: Ily

Travis: Ily too

Sal: see you at school

Travis: see you!

I got up and got dressed. After I got dressed I went to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and fixed my messy hair. After I finished getting ready I started walking to school. It was a chill morning. Once I made it to school I went over to Sal and his friends. "Good morning guys", I said once I reached them. " Travis!", Sal yelled in a happy tone. "Happy Birthday!", he cheerfully said, wrapping his arm around me. " Happy Birthday dude!", Larry said. "Thanks Larry", I responded. " Happy Birthday Travis", Ashley said, a smiling on her face. "why thank you Ash", I said. The whole group laughed. " Sal, are you gonna let go?", I asked, noticing he hasn't moved. "Nope", he responded. " ok, anyways what you guys doing this weekend?", I asked. "I have to go out of town with my mom", Larry said. " I've gotta BA suit this weekend", Ash said. "What about you Todd?", I asked. " Me and Neil have plans", he said, his nose stuck in a book about Mythology. "Ok, well we better start heading to class before we are late", I said. Everyone nodded and headed towards there classes, except for Sal. " Babe, you have to get to class", I said, trying to pry him off me. "only if we can hang out this weekend", he said. " fine, we can hang out this weekend", I said. "Yay!", he said, letting go of me. " see you at lunch", I said, smiling at him. "Ok, I love you", he said. " I love you too", I said, my face slowly turning red.  "bye", he said, walking away. " bye", I responded, walking towards my class. 

(Lunch time)

I walked into the cafeteria and headed towards Sal and his gang. Once I reached the table I sat next to Sal. "Hey guys", I said. They all said hi or hey and then went back to their conversations. Sal and I looked at each other before interlocking our fingers. "happy birthday Travy", he said. " you've said that multiple times but thanks", I responded, smiling. "I know, I just like saying it", he said. I let out a small launch before kissing his plastic forehead. " I can't wait for this weekend", he said. "Do you want me to come over tonight? Or Saturday", I asked. " tonight", he responded. "Ok, I guess I can just go after school", I said. " sounds like a plan! Will you need clothes?", he asked. "Nah, ill just use your oversized stuff", I responded. He nodded and then rested his head on my shoulder, our hands still intertwined. " Tired?", I asked. "Yeah, I didn't sleep much last night but I'm ok! Don't worry about me", he responded. " ok", I said. We didn't say much until the bell rang. Everyone got up, including me and Sal. We had the same class so we decided to walk together. "bye guys!", Sal said to his friends. " bye!", they all said as me and him started walking away to our class, still holding hands. 

When we made it too class we let go of each others hands. we went to our respected seats and waited for class to start.

(after school)

Me and Sal met up after school near my car. "Hey babe", I said as he walked up. " hi love", he responded. I kissed his prosthetic cheek before opening the door for him. "Thank you", he said while getting in. I closed the door and went to the other side,hopping in. I started the car and drove out of the parking lot. " babe?", Sal asked mid way through the drive. "Yeah?", I asked. " can we cuddle when we get to the apartment? We haven't cuddled in a while", he said. "of course baby", I responded, putting my hand on his thigh. He put his hand on top of mine. " thanks love", he said. "no problem", I responded. The rest of the drive was quiet. 

We had made it too the apartments. I got out of the car and went to the passenger side, opening the door for Sally. " thanks", he said as he got out of the car.

We went into the building. "Hey Lisa!", Sal said to a woman with brown hair. She looked like Larry. " Hey Sal! Who's your little friend?", she asked. "He's my boyfriend, Travis", he said. I waved to her and she smiled. " well you two have fun!", she said. Sal waved goodbye and walked over to the elevator. "Who's she?", I asked once we were inside. " Larry's mom, her and my dad are dating", he said. I nodded and then the elevator started going up. Once we made it to the fourth floor the doors opened. Sal and I stepped out and walked over to room 402. He pulled a key out and unlocked the door. we both stepped inside. Sal closed the door and then walked over to his room, I was following behind him. When we made it to his room we sat down on the bed. "Cuddle time?", he asked. " yep", I said, wrapping my arms around his waist. We both laid down, Sal hurried his face in my chest. "I love you Sal", I said. " I love you too Trav", he responded. "Can you look at me for a sec?", I asked. He mumbled a yeah and looked at me. I leaned in and kissed his plastic lips. " I wish I could kiss your real lips", I said. "You could, I can lift my mask.", he said. " really?", I asked, excited. "yes, of course I can my love",  he responded. He in buckled the bottom strap connected to his prosthetic. He pulled it up, revealing his lips. (Y'all know how they look I'm too lazy to put it in). I blushed and leaned in, Sal doing the same. We connected our lips, filling the space that was between us. " Happy Birthday Travis", Sal whispered after he pulled away.
