Park Gyubin spent the remainder of the year in the new dormrooms of her fellow group. It wasn't easy due to Wonhee and Yunah's contrasting personalities. Yunah being the eldest meant she called the shots and Wonhee who was younger than Gyubin wanted to have more fun.

As for the other girls, Minju was pretty nice to talk to. She older than her closer to Yunah's age. Before joining she was a YG trainee who almost debuted into Babymonster, their newest girl group who just debuted. Moka was the crazed VIP fangirl who spent with Jay Park the longest. Apparently she discovered while they were performing in Japan and it introduced her to Kpop.

Iroha was also Japanese, but from Tokyo instead of Fukuoka. What surprised Gyubin was how considerably young she is. To put it into perspective she hasn't started highschool yet. She was a former JYP trainee who was picked to compete.

And that was how the dynamic between the girls worked. Even though it was great getting to know more friends, it wasn't without it's hiccups. Just recently, fellow member Youngseo decided to part ways after only being part for four months.

It was 2024, and the hype for Illit's debut was at an all time high. Gyubin was already famous prior to joining Illit as a cover artist. She would cover music of famous groups into her guitar. Her Hybe trainee status was already public knowledge as she advertised herself as one.

She took a travel to Thailand for the video shoot as she got to learn about it's culture. She walked towards the beachside seeing people surf the waves. It was like she was in the moment. Her solo debut was a statement towards her fans, the ones who will support her journey into Illit. Due how young she is to debut, she gets comparisons to her idol IU.

She wanted to like her, but for her generation. A generation of kids and teen still eager to live life and enjoy their youth. She hoped to brighten their days when they feel sad, feel comfortable when they need support, heal the pain of those broken. She wanted to make people smile. The difference now is she is well known face and has a production team and label backing her up. She was Hybe's fresh new face, the new darling.
