Quagmire in Royalty

Liam entered the throne room and saw his father sitting on the throne  . Robert looked up at the sight of him .

" Son ,". He smiled .

" Come forward ". He ordered and silently Liam obeyed.

"Evenus and Orguen were just telling me about the water that sized to flow rapidly from the brook down the alley ". Robert said .

" In which location ?". Liam asked bluntly.

" Down south ". Robert retorted. Liam faced the two elders.

" So how did this news come about ?". He asked .

" Well,we got information that the water flowing had sized ,making the people living in that area suffer for lack of water  so we knew it best to come and tell his royal highness". Evenus answered.

" What do you think would be done son ?". Robert asked . Liam turned his gaze to his father .

" We would have to find out what is the cause of the size of water ,and then we remove every stumbling block there in. I know by all that the water would be able to flow back again". Liam uttered. Robert turned to the elders sitted there .

" How do you find the idea ?". He asked and Evenus nodded his head .

" I don't find it a wrong idea your majesty ". He said .

" Orguen ?". Robert called ,and the white haired man gave a blank look in return and then gave a bleak nod .

" Let us carry out the plan your majesty and see how it'll turn out to be ". He replied and Robert nooded his head looking up at Liam .

" Excellent!". He smiled

" Work should be started immediately ". He said .

" Yes your majesty ". Liam bowed .

" Good job son ,I am proud of you ". Robert complimented.

" Thank you your majesty ". Liam said and bowed his head .

" You may leave now ". Robert dismissed and with that Liam walked out .

" It should've been his elder brother the soon to be prince that should've tackled this matter , not his junior brother?". Orguen said .

" Oh but you very well know how the elder brother behaves right ? He sure isn't the right person in position ". Evenus argued , Robert could only look at them ,his lips short of words to say because he knew deep down they both were right at their words.

" Oh goodness for how long are we going to keep going round the market looking for sea lampreys and citrons!". Joan whined dramatically,making Marissa chuckle at her behavior.

" Oh Jojo we will soon be heading back ,we just need to find sea lampreys and then we're done ". She replied.

" And the citrons?". Joan asked .

" That isn't a problem,we could get it anywhere". Marissa replied. Joan scoffed.

" I just happen to wonder all of a sudden what made me want to follow you to the market today !". Joan barked and Marissa laughed and ruffled her blonde hair .

" Oh stop that ! You do know I'm way older than you ,you punk !". Joan scolded and Marissa let out a teasing laugh .

" I thought punk was for guys?". She teased and Joan rolled her eyes. They were still working when they heard shouts,the both of them turned to the direction and Joan gasped when she saw it .
