Going through many files with a headache, I yawned and stretched my arms. How much work do I need to complete? Am I a laborer?
I saw some female employees whispering in each other's ears and I ignored them. But I overheard a line, "See Mr. Jeon has given his secretary that much workload as punishment!"
I focused my attention back on the work at hand. I took out my earbuds and played 'Bohemian Rhapsody' by Queen which is my favorite band.
But I could not shake the feeling of butterflies quarreling in my stomach because of the recent incident. Jungkook saved me from Park Lee. That Jungkook who often used to enjoy the scene when I was getting bullied by his girlfriend Jee Wo, how can he do that?
I shivered remembering his statement,
"She is not your baby doll."
"She is my WIFE"
"Address her MRS. JEON"
"She is the wife of the dangerous mafia of South Korea"
"She is the mother of my future heir"
"Lay a finger on her again and I swear on my legacy, I will drop you to hell myself."
I bit my nails in anxiety. 'Future heir'? What's on his mind? Making a family with none other than your sworn enemy is a curse and why would Jeon Jungkook take it?
I collected the papers from my desk and went to his office. I don't want to make a family with a monster. I want to go somewhere where I can live without anyone's control. I want my Oppa Jin, Taehyung, and bestie Min Ji to live with me.
