The premise of this story is Naruko left Konoha after the failed Sasuke Retrieval Mission, All her friends even Tsunade all turned their back on Naruko and called her a demon child and because of that Naruko left.
Minato and Kushina are alive in this story and they abandoned Naruko too train her too siblings Mito and Menma.
This story is going feature the outside of the elemental nation when Naruko goes to build a village for and anybody who faced the same suffering she faced.
Oh and also Obito and Rin are alive in this story.
