Minato pov again

Minato was in his office doing paperwork as a way to distract his mind from the recent events that has happened.

Not only did his wife and two children leave the village but Yesterday Sasuke had died in a battle against Orochimaru and that really hit Konoha hard.

What did I do to deserve this" Minato thought as he cursed Itachi for making his brother unstable.

Minato" Jiraiya said as he entered the office.

If it's another one of those damn prophecies then I don't want to hear it" Minato said as he could already feel an incoming headache.

No my spy network managed to find an new village which can rival Uzushiogakure in terms of technology and medical supplies" Jiraiya said.

How is that even possible" Minato said.

And the worst about this the new village is located fifty miles off of the outskirts of the elemental nations" Jiraiya said.

Who in the right state of mind would ever see the need to build a village there" Minato shouted.

I don't know but don't you see if we can gain alliance with this new village then we can steal all their resources and once we are done with the whole Otogakure war, we can rebuild Konoha back to its former glory" Jiraiya said

Alright Jiraiya go with the remains of Team Seven and try and make an alliance with this village but if all else fails and they don't want to just destroy the village and loot everything" Minato said as Jiraiya nodded as he left the room

Why do I feel like this is a bad idea" Minato muttered as he went back to work.
