Chapter 8 : Suspicion

10:00 am , Gill Mansion

The home office,

Mr Pandey and Malini were discussing what to do next when
Abhimanyu entered the room panting .

"Ish.. ishan kishan " Abhimanyu tried to say .
"I saw ishan's car at the entry gate,
What is he doing here ?? " Abhimanyu asked and Mr Pandey and Malini panicked. If they do something wrong now, all of there hardwork can go in vain.

Looking at ishan yesterday, Malini knew that he would kill her if he finds out what they are upto. They were not fools to mess with the richest man in the world.

According to a lot of people, Ishan was one of the kindest people you will ever meet but if you mess with him or his family or trouble someone innocent , he will be your worst nightmare. Shubman, shubman right now was ishan's fiance and his family.

Now that he had arrived , they had to get shubman dressed who was in the kitchen working without any clothes on.

If ishan sees shubman like this , Malini knew ishan would burn her alive , so she quickly told Abhimanyu to get shubman ready and instructed him not to panic.

The house was already clean enough
as they made shubman do all the chores in the house .

Then her and Mr Pandey went downstairs to welcome ishan home.
They knew they had to act as if they didn't know about his arrival.

Meanwhile Downstairs,

Shubman was working in the kitchen when abhimanyu ran downstairs, held shubman's hand and rushed to his room .

Abhimanyu quickly removed the collar from shubman's neck who was confused as to what was happening.

Abhimanyu then gave shubman a white t shirt , black jeans and a black jacket to wear . He applied ointment on the place where he had hit shubman yesterday and combed his hair . He instructed shubman to behave the same way he behaved yesterday.

Ishan who had just parked his car ,
sighed and closed his eyes , he saw shubman in his arms happy , safe and protected.

He opened his eyes and smiled internally. He took the sweets and bouquet he had brought for Malini and the gold chain he had bought for Shubman .

His mother gave him that , saying that this is a ritual and is given to the new son-in-law of the family.

He wished that all of what they had assumed yesterday is a lie and shubman is happy, healthy and safe in the Gill Mansion.

He finally opened the door of his car and came out.

He walked over to the door and pressed the bell.

The door opened to reveal a surprised Malini who welcomed him inside.

He gave the box of sweets and the bouquet to Malini .
"Some beautiful flowers for a beautiful lady." Ishan buttered Malini who blushed at the comment.

Ishan noticed Mr Pandey standing near the couch . He was the same person who went to his father's office to talk about his marriage alliance. Ishan couldn't figure out whether he should trust him or not

Nevertheless, ishan politely went to greet him and then they settled down on the couch.

Malini offered Ishan some snacks which he respectfully rejected. Malini insisted for some time but the eventually gave up.

They were talking about the marriage alliance for some time when ishan noticed Abhimanyu walking downstairs with a ...... collar in his hand.

The Gills did not own any pet , then who was that collar for.
