............................

After their engagement, the whirlwind of wedding preparations began, each day more extravagant than the last. The Gowda family spared no expense, transforming their estate into a palace of opulence and grandeur. Every detail was meticulously planned to ensure that the wedding would be the most luxurious event of the decade.

The preparations were kept highly confidential. The media was abuzz with speculation, desperate to uncover the details of the high-profile wedding. Paparazzi camped outside the Gowda mansion, trying to get a glimpse of the preparations, but tight security kept them at bay. Rumors swirled about who the bride and groom were, adding to the air of mystery.

As the days of wedding preparations stretched on, Varudini felt like she was drowning in a sea of opulence and chaos. The mansion was filled with decorators, caterers, and planners, all working tirelessly to ensure that the wedding would be the most luxurious event anyone had ever seen. Every detail was meticulously planned, and Varudini felt herself getting lost in the whirlwind.

Varudini found herself swept up in a frenzy of fittings, rehearsals, and consultations with top designers. The bridal attire alone was a masterpiece, crafted by renowned designers who had flown in specifically for the occasion. The wedding dress was a blend of tradition and modernity, adorned with intricate gold embroidery and precious gemstones that sparkled under the light.

Just when she thought she couldn't handle any more, there was a knock on her bedroom door. She opened it to find Bhoomi standing there, looking slightly jet-lagged but full of warmth and concern.

"Bhoomi!" Varudini cried, throwing her arms around her friend.

"How are you doing?" Bhoomi asked, hugging her tightly. "I know this must be overwhelming for you. But stop crying."

"It's been..." Varudini searched for the right word, "insane. But I'm so happy you're here."

Bhoomi stepped back, her hands on Varudini's shoulders. "Listen, Varudini. I know this is not what you want, but I'm here for you. We're going to get through this, okay?"

Tears welled up in Varudini's eyes. She was overwhelmed with gratitude for her friend's support. She knew that she couldn't do this alone.

For the first time in days, Varudini felt a sense of calm. Bhoomi’s presence was like a lifeline, grounding her amidst the chaos. They spent the next few hours catching up, and Varudini felt the heavy burden on her shoulders lightening just a bit.

Finally, as the sun was beginning to set, Bhoomi left to rest. Varudini was alone again, but she was determined to make the most of the little time she had left before her life was changed forever.

One afternoon, as they were finalizing the decorations, Bhoomi noticed Varudini’s worried expression. “What’s on your mind, Varu?”

Varudini sighed, looking around the grand hall that was being transformed into a wedding wonderland. “I just… I never imagined my wedding would be like this. It’s so extravagant, and I feel so out of place.”
