"Baluf Grad... that name sounds familiar to me..." Eduard said, after interrogating the captain of the sunken freighter, who had ended up as a prisoner and executed at the end of the interrogation, "Do you know him?" Jack asked, "No, but I heard the stories about him..." Eduard replied, "About?" Jack asked, "He was a Germaneighian officer, he was one of the most vile, I don't know about his whereabouts, now why did he want to invade Equestria?" Eduard was surprised "I don't know." replied Jack, "We need to inform superiors!" Eduard exclaimed.

Jack and Eduard left the place, heading to the Ministry of Technology, trying to talk to Applejack, who was reading some documents from Star Powder, "Applejack, we have new clues!" Jack exclaimed, entering the office, "Ya can talk." she replied, "The suspect revealed the name of a supposed Germaneighian Admiral called Baluf Grad, that he is responsible for this confusion." Jack said, "Baluf Grad... maybe Velvet an' Lock know what it is." the Minister said, "Where are they?" Jack asked, "So at the Pentagon, they've been workin' hard after... their daughter left." Applejack said, letting out a sad sigh as she lowered her hat in a sign of respect, "Well, first I'm going to make a report on this case and then try to investigate the supposed ghost labs that Eduard said about." Jack informed, "That's right. If Frank, Sniperplayer and Rainbow Dash are nearby there, we'll investigate." Eduard said, "I already miss them..." Jack said, "They missed the party and also the operation..." Eduard said, "The important thing is that we received the bravery medals..." Jack mentioned, "But aren't the laboratories in Germaneighia?" Applejack found it strange, "A good part is there, as they advanced, the laboratories are spread out." Eduard informed, "It makes sense..." the Minister said, "We can't know for sure all the laboratories, unless we find a map..." Eduard pointed out, "Friend, when we get there, we will find out ..." Jack said, "This part o' international operations, I don't know if I'll be able t' make the right decisions..." Applejack said, feeling insecure, due to her lack of experience, "Rainbow Dash is used to doing this type of operation, isn't it?" Eduard asked, "Actually... this is her first time, she was very confident after she took some courses." Applejack informed, "It's not bad, but dangerous..." Jack pointed out, "Do you think so?" Eduard asked, "Do you remember that we went to Germaneighia during the Second War?" Jack pointed out.

"Who is it?" Jack said, who had just opened the door to his house, "I'm from the Ministry of Health, the Minister wants to speak to all the military." the messenger said, "What did we do?" Eduard said, in a low voice to Jack, "Okay, friend, we're going now." Jack said to the messenger, who thanked him and left, "I'm looking forward to it!" Eduard exclaimed, who was going to get ready, "Of what?" Jack said, "This feeling of: we did shit and we don't know..." Eduard replied, "We're fucking military, even the shit, then we're forgiven." Jack remembered, "Do you want me to go with you?" Mary said, "No." Jack replied, "Just because I received the bravery medal doesn't mean I'm a soldier?" Mary said, crossing her arms, "Okay, okay, you can come." Jack said,"Yay!" Mary celebrated, "I'm ready!" Eduard said, with his pistol in the cold while holding his rifle, "Well, we're ready then... something shit happens." Jack joked.

The Ministry of Defense had a courtyard full of junior, intermediate, superior officers and Generals, some were wondering what the Minister wanted to talk about, the last time this had happened was during Celestia's inauguration as President, some theorize that they were new methods of combat medicine, others suspected it would be about health having grown, a congratulations, "So, how are you?" Dr. Sunshine Blood asked, "I don't know... there's a lot going on..." Fluttershy replied, "If you want, I can speak in your place." Sunshine said, "I-I can do it!" the Minister exclaimed, "Right." Sunshine replied, "This is the first time that the army has been called by the Ministry of Health." Red Code said, along with the other Generals, "I have never seen something like this happen." Barn Stock commented. Then, Fluttershy came out from behind the curtains, silence reigned in the room, "Erh... good afternoon... I-I..." the Minister was nervous, "I know a lot is happening in..." she continued the same, until she looked at the camera that broadcast everything live and get more nervous, "Calm down, sugarcube, whatever the topic is, ya'll get it!" Applejack said, who came up on stage and spoke quietly to Fluttershy, "I know that... a lot is happening in Equestria but... w-we need to be more..." Fluttershy spoke again, in the middle of the audience some soldiers started talking, finding the Minister's imposition strange, "Pay attention!" Bow Rift exclaimed, who went to the group, making them remain silent, "We need you to... a-avoid..." the Minister felt uncomfortable, "What?" Applejack was confused, "Avoid... ki..." Fluttershy lowered her voice, preventing the message from being shared clearly, "It seems that the Minister didn't write a speech." commented a journalist from the Ministry of Information, "Avoid... k-killing and... torturing, please, we are better than that, I know I shouldn't get involved in these matters, but... we are... humans, we deserve better!" the Minister of Health finished her speech, the audience began to discuss among themselves, "What do you mean stop killing?" Admiral Red Code asked, "This is weird..." Jack commented quietly to Eduard and Mary, "It's us or them!" Bow Rift exclaimed, as a sign of indignation, "Erh... please?" Minister Fluttershy said, "Maybe she is nervous?" Eduard suggested, "Are we just going to chicken out?" a Major asked in the audience, "T-that wasn't what..." Fluttershy tried to explain herself, "Can Ah?" Applejack asked, pointing to the microphone, "O-of course..." Fluttershy said, giving her space on the podium, "We'll not... chicken out, fellers, we... we... will... protect Equestria!" Applejack said, managing to make silence prevail again in the place, "Weak speech..." Jack said, heading towards the stage.
