"Direct much?" I said, laughing a little. "Just a bit." He smiled.
"I think I'm over him. Being a single mom is hard work. Harry just has to take care of them on the weekend, but I have a whole week with them. I mean, it's not that I don't like being with them, they're my babies. But you know what I mean, kids are tough."
"Yeah, but what they're going through must be tougher."
I looked down.
"I sometimes wish we could be a family again so they wouldn't suffer." "Harry told me what happened on Friday night."
"I know, I feel bad, like really bad for them. But I can't be with Harry. And after what he's done, I'm very angry and disapppointed."
Ed and I kept taking for a while more.
"You know, it's hard having really close friends." Ed said getting up.
"Why's that?"
"I have a best friend whose ex is my best guy friend whose girlfriend is a really close friend."
I was already confused the first time he said friend.
"So, you find if hard to be in this mess cause we're all your friends?"
"Yeah. Well, Harry isn't over you from what Taylor tells me."
"That's impossible."
"I gotta go Y/N, it's late."
"I love you, take care." I hugged him tightly before he left.
