I.

Weeks after their debut, the members of Xdinary Heroes settled back into their routine, the whirlwind of debut promotions now behind them. Their debut had been a mixture of exhilarating and exhausting experiences, filled with back-to-back interviews, television appearances, and countless photoshoots. 

The adrenaline of performing their debut single "Happy Death Day" on various music shows was still fresh in their minds, the cheers of the audience echoing in their ears. Despite the fatigue that accompanied the rigorous schedule, the sense of accomplishment and unity among the members was palpable. 

They had faced the spotlight together, each appearance solidifying their bond as a band. Now, with the promotional events concluded, they returned to their practice room, ready to dive back into rehearsals and lessons, their passion for music as strong as ever. Minhee, the only member still attending school, found herself juggling the dual responsibilities of being a student and a newly debuted artist. 

Jiseok, Seungmin, Hyeongjun, and Jooyeon had graduated the previous April, and while they focused solely on their band activities, Minhee had to navigate the demands of her education. It was now January 2022, and the winter break had just ended, bringing with it the resumption of classes. Walking through the school corridors, Minhee felt the weight of her newfound fame. 

Her debut had catapulted her into the limelight, and her classmates and teachers alike sought her autograph, eager to connect with the rising star in their midst. The whispers of admiration and curiosity followed her everywhere, a constant reminder of her dual identity as both a student and an idol. The attention Minhee received was not limited to her school environment. The unique nature of Xdinary Heroes, with Minhee as the only female member, made her a focal point in the media's coverage of the band. 

Headlines and articles frequently highlighted the novelty of her presence in a predominantly male group, reporters and photographers often zeroing in on her during events. While the additional attention brought increased visibility to the band, it also placed an added layer of pressure on Minhee. 

She often found herself under the intense scrutiny of the public eye, her every move analyzed and discussed. The constant focus was overwhelming at times, leaving her feeling exposed and vulnerable. In moments of uncertainty, Minhee leaned on her bandmates for support. "You know, all this attention is part of the job," Gunil would remind her, his voice steady and reassuring. "It means people are interested in what we're doing. Just stay true to yourself, and everything will be fine." 

II.

His words, always delivered with a sense of calm authority, helped ground her in the chaotic world of show business. Jungsu, ever the older brother figure, often provided a listening ear, his quiet presence a source of comfort. "Remember why you started this journey," he would say, his gaze earnest. "Focus on the music and the rest will follow." 

His advice resonated with Minhee, reminding her of the passion that had driven her to pursue this path in the first place. Despite the challenges, there were moments of pure joy and fulfillment that made the journey worthwhile. The thrill of performing on stage, the rush of adrenaline as the audience cheered, and the sense of accomplishment after a successful show were unparalleled.
