If they're is anything I hate most about going back home, it's the traveling. Which is ironic because my family switches between being in Mexico,Minnesota,Michigan and now Philadelphia thanks to Hezekiah being drafted to the 76ers.
It also doesn't help that the flight from Ann Arbor, Michigan to Puebla, Mexico is 7 hours and 20 minutes long. I'm not sure how i survived that flight, but I'll just say I'm happy to be back home!
"Noa!" I turn my head to see my sister Selah standing next to her car. "Sissy!" I yell as I run towards her. "You look so beautiful my love, I'm so glad you're home."She said as she looked at me. "Um hello, look at yourself. Gorgeous as always." I replied. "Mom and abuela are driving Maureen crazy at the house. They're gonna be so happy that you're home." She jokingly says "oh great. Maybe if I ran fast enough I can catch a flight back to Michigan." I say, looking back at the exit. "Girl bye, you know you don't wanna be on a plan for another 7 hours." Selah says,as she helps me load my bags into the car. "Actually, I can't wait to get home." I replied. "That's what I thought." After getting all my bags into the car we get ready to drive home. "So...I got aux?" I ask. "Sure, only because you're back home." She replied. "Girl, you know I got the best aux game." I said with a smile. "Sure" she replied, as she backed the car out of the parking lot.
