I showed some strength and turned around but what I saw made me faint .
AFTER 15 MINUTES
I slowly opened my eyes but my vision wasn't cleared at all but I could feel that my head is on someone's lap and that unknown person and me are sitting on the back seat of a car .
NEXT DAY :
I woke up suddenly with the sound of my alarm.
"Good morning to me" I said not knowing what happened last night .
"Wait wait what the hell I am doing in my room ." I said finally realising.
"What the h*ll I am doing in my room , and what happened last night and what about that man who got shot by the gun , is he alive , and who were they both , and who's lap I was sleeping on and how the hell I came home .
I quickly got up from my bed and went downstairs where I saw my mom , dad and my brother sitting.
"MOM" I shouted gaining everyone's attention.
"Areeee kya hua ? Subhe subhe kyu chila rhi hai ?" She asked. (What happened? Why are you shouting so early morning?)
"Mom do you remember how I came from office to home" I asked sitting beside her.
"How would I know? You only texted me at 12:30 am that you will come late so we should not wait for you to come and go to sleep ." She said while opening her phone and showing the message from me.
"Huh? Mom what is this I didn't messaged you this I swear." I said while my eyes was widened seeing the message.
"Anu please don't joke in this early morning I have many works to do ." She said while getting up from the sofa .
"But mom at least listen to me first." I said .
"No but I have many works to do snd if I keep listening your stupid jokes then nothing will happen on time ." She said before going towards the kitchen.
As soon as she went I also went upstairs to my room .
As I came into my room I checked my phone and yes someone messaged my mom from my phone .
"Who could it be?" I said before hearing a door opening sound.
I quickly dropped my phone on the bed and turned around to know the person who came.
"Ohh dad" I said with a fake chuckle.
"H-how are you?" I asked trying to divert my mind.
"What happened?" He asked.
"What happened? Nothing happened. What will happen to me ." I said with a fake chuckle.
"Anu please tell me what happened ? I'm your dad you can share me whatever you want I will help you with it" he asked.
"Actually dad I am having so much stress in office and even though this month I was working on Sundays and I don't even remember when I came last night , I am really very tired, I am also not getting enough sleep." I said the truth but not the actual one cuz I know if I say anything about what happened last night he would send many bodyguards behind me which irritates me alot.
"So why don't you take a day off ." He asked .
"Actually dad many works are pending to do so I won't be able to do" I said.
"Just take a day off for today because today ved's college holiday is also there so we all can go on a small family picnic today." He said .

I was about to say no but I thought of enjoying some time with my family and just forget about the thing that happened last night.
"Ok dad I will take a day off today ." I replied .
" that's great cuz we all are going to have family time after so long ." He said .
"Hhmm" I hummed while nodding .
"So come down after getting freshen up till them me and ved will decide the picnic spot." He said .
"Okay." I said before he left .
"Now what should I do I can't take this thing out of my head ." I said while roaming inside my room with my hands on my head.
"I should enjoy today with my family and about this I will tell this to ana after the picnic ." I said to myself .
