Hyunjin sat in the living room drinking a cup of coffee while checking text messages and reading online news. He set the mug on the table and laid down with his phone above his head. He then got a notification for messages.

Hyunjin texted Minho and Felix and they both said that they were going to meet him there. Hyunjin changed into a simple white crew neck and jeans with white converse and walked to the cafe.

He entered the cafe seeing a already large audience. He then saw Jisung tuning his guitar while Changbin and Chan practiced singing. "Jisung!" Jisung stopped tuning and saw his best friend waving at him.

He sent Hyunjin a kiss and continued tuning. Hyunjin looked around the cafe not seeing Felix or Minho. He was suddenly pulled into a hug that belonged to none other than Felix. "Hey Lixie." Hyunjin hugged the younger back patting him on the head.

He spotted Minho giving him a quick hug before they all sat down at a table. The loud audience quieted down when the trio looked ready to start the performance. "Wow I wasn't expecting so many people to come. Thanks so much! Today we will be performing placebo." The audience screamed, hyped up.

Jisung's honey-like vocals rang through the quiet cafe as he played the guitar. Changbin played the drums while Chan added ad-libs to the performance. Don't get Hyunjin wrong, he loved his best friends vocals but he could not take his eyes off Chan.

Felix and Minho noticed and sent each other knowing looks. When the performance was over Hyunjin stood up cheering and clapping loudly. "Thanks for coming! We'll be here in 2 weeks for now! This was 3racha!" The audience went even more wild screaming their hearts out, begging for them not to leave.

The 3 dancers waited for the other 3 boys to meet up with them. Jisung walked out and greeted them with a hug. Minho smiled at the younger whispering something in his ear that made he giggle like a high school girl with a crush.

Changbin placed a kiss on Felix's cheek making him smile like a fool. Changbin and Felix didn't want to label their relationship yet but it was obvious that they liked each other more than friends.

"Good job Chan. I thought you sounded great." Hyunjin said smiling at his crush looking like a love struck fool. "Thank you! Thanks for coming to watch us. You were probably busy." Chan sent a smile mirroring the youngers.

"Nah I wasn't busy. Even if I was I would have still come. I know this is out of the blue, but can I have your number so we can casually text?" Hyunjin hoped that he was not being too straightforward.

"Yeah of course!" Hyunjin took out his phone and handed to Chan watching him put his number in.

"Thanks!" Chan sent him one last smile walking out of the cafe. Hyunjin watched him leave, fangirling over the older.

"Close your mouth Hyunjin, your drooling." Minho said making all of them laugh at the taller. Hyunjin looked down at his feet blushing. "If your going to fan girl over Chan hyung, don't make it so obvious!" Jisung added making them break down in laughter.

"Says you blushing when your with Minho hyung!" Hyunjin remarked making Jisung lightly punch his shoulder. Minho and Jisung avoided eye contact with each other, embarrassed. They sat in the cafe for about 20 more minutes, then decided to head to their homes.

Hyunjin walked out of the cafe and decided to talk a shortcut to his small apartment. The alleyway was a bit suspicious but it was faster. He hoped he wouldn't get kidnapped like in all the Wattpad stories.

He kept walking down the dark alleyway hearing footsteps. He turned around seeing nobody. Okay maybe I'm being delusional. No one is following me. Hyunjin thought to himself. He was suddenly grabbed by a figure he recognized the person to be his ex.

"It's too bad that your new boyfriend isn't here. Come with me." Byul yanked Hyunjin's skinny wrist and dragged him out of the alleyway. "Let go of me!" Hyunjin struggled in the grip of his buff ex-boyfriend. 

Chan heard the yells coming from the alleyway so he went to investigate, he saw Hyunjin struggling in the grip of his ex-boyfriend as he tried to drag him. Chan ran up to the boy, punching him in the face making him go unconscious.

"T-thanks Chan...I-i he going to be okay?" Hyunjin asked. "He'll be alright. You should press charges against him." Chan said seriously while looking the younger in the eyes. "I did but the police did not take me seriously...they told me to man up." Hyunjin muttered playing with the sleeves of his crew neck.

"That's bullshit. What if after your dance practice you swing by the cafe and I can take you home so you don't get hurt?" Chan suggested.

"That's a great idea hyung!" The two walked to the youngers apartment in a comfortable silence. Hyunjin felt grateful that Chan would volunteer to help him with his ex-boyfriend. They soon reached the apartment complex.

"Bye Chan hyung! Thanks!" Hyunjin gave the older a quick hug before running off into the building. Chan stood there for a couple of seconds until he left smiling.

A/N: sum tension building up! the next chapter should be about the dance competetion! :D
