✧ ⪩ The password to participate is the name of your favourite fantasy trope.

✧ ⪩ Please refrain from changing your book title or username during the judging period.

✧ ⪩ Attempts at bribery will result in immediate disqualification.

✧ ⪩ Submissions must be in English, Italian, Spanish, Chinese or German.

✧ ⪩ All books must be original works.

✧ ⪩ Entries must remain public and accessible throughout the judging period.

✧ ⪩ Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

✧ ⪩ You will need to permanently follow your judge at the end of the contest.

✧﹒⪩ You may participate too, as long as it is not in the genre you're judging.

✧﹒⪩ You may judge more than one genre.

✧﹒⪩ Refrain from communicating with participants about their entries during the judging period.

✧﹒⪩ Judges should disclose any conflicts of interest with particular entries.

✧﹒⪩ Judges are expected to evaluate entries based on the agreed criteria.

✧﹒⪩ Ensure that judging is fair and unbiased.

Judges will be acknowledged at the end of the contest.

They will receive a permanent follow from the community account and from the participant whose book they judged.

Judges can also request a certificate for their judging role.

Additionally, judges may request votes on 5 chapters of one of their books.

Judges will receive a judging rubric and are required to write notes about the book they are evaluating.
