The nuke to Star City worked, but it only stalled the inevitable, until the world ended, The Spider Corporation was still experimenting on Quinn.
In Detroit, inside of a Spider lab, Dr. Davis walked into the lab where Quinn sat in a square glass box full of water, a tube was feeding her air with vires attached to her.
"Quinn." a whisper echoed through the air, but only Quinn could hear it.
"Quinn." it was Melody's voice.
"Quinn wake up." Quinn's eyes shot open and Davis walked over, Quinn began looking about, not understanding where she was. She couldn't remember anything.
"Can you understand me?" Davis asked and she placed her hand on the glass, "Open it." Davis said as he turned around and glanced around at all the scientists walking around. He grabbed a lab coat and watched as Quinn fell out of the box.
Davis walked over to Quinn and placed the coat on her shoulders, "Her recovery is remarkable. And her powers both physical and mental, are developing at a geometric rate." a woman said as she monitored Quinn's vitals.
Davis lifted Quinn off of the ground and pressed her against the concrete column next to the box that held her just moments ago. A man walked over with a clipboard and a pen.
Quinn looked at it questionably, "This is a pen." he handed the pen to her, "P-pen, pen." she stuttered and he took the pen and gave it back to the man who held the clipboard. Davis placed his hands on Quinn's face, "Do you remember your name?"
"Name?"
Davis smiled, then let go of Quinn and turned around, "I want her on a 24-hour observation." Davis began to explain what he was going to do with Quinn.
Quinn gasped and held her head in pain as memories began to flash through her mind.

"My name." she whimpered as she hit her head against the wall.
Quinn's vitals began spiking alerting the woman who was monitoring them, "Uh, sir?"

More and more memories kept coming through, until, they all stopped and Quinn slowly raised her head.
"Sir!" The woman exclaimed finally getting Davis' attention, "What-"
"My name," he was quickly interrupted by Quinn's voice coming out, Davis looked over sharply, "My name, is Quinn," she smirked and grabbed the pen off the clipboard that the man was holding and logged it into his eye, she pushed him into the ground and walking over him.
She grabbed Davis sending him through the glass of the box, all while holding up the lab coat over his chest.
She turned her body and a security guard took out his taser shooting it at Quinn, she looked down at the piece that was sending electricity into her shoulder, glared at the man ripped it out of her shoulder, and threw it at the security guard sending him to the ground.
She walked over to the hall, but the cameras moving caught her attention, and she looked up at them.
The man monitoring the cameras watched as all of the monitors turned to Quinn's face. She lifted her head making eye contact with the man, he quickly reached up to his nose and felt blood running down his face. Blood began pouring out of every hole in his face, and then his head exploded.
Quinn smiled and fixed the lab coat correctly over her shoulders, and walked out the front door of the building, but was quickly met with multiple red dots over her chest and face.
Guns were pointed at him in every direction.
A car quickly pulled up and Selene stepped out of the backseat and Jake stepped out of the driver's side and handed the man closest to him papers.
"Sorry gentlemen, but we'll take it from here," Selene said as she walked over to Quinn, grabbing her arm and guiding her to the car.
"This... checks out." The man said handing Jake the papers back. Selene got Quinn into the car and got in next to her, Jake shut the door and then got into the car himself and quickly drove away.
Once they got to a safe distance, Selene turned her head, "You can come out now." she said and Melody popped up from behind Quinn, quickly hugging the back of her, Quinn hugged her back.
"It's so good to see you guys." Quinn said as she held onto Melody's arms, "Wait, where's Negan and his kids?" she asked and Selene sighed, "They went home. Negan's wife needs them." Quinn nodded.
They pulled up to a checkpoint to get out of the city, and as the man at the checkpoint called into Davis to ask he replied, "Let them go. We already have her." Quinn looked out the window and her eyes flashed from a spider symbol back to her normal blue as they were aloud out of the city.
But was shit about to hit the fan and the group would sadly be separated from each other while trying to run from the dead and spider.
But instead of Spider getting Quinn, they got Selene and Jake.
After that Quinn vowed to always take care of Melody with her life.
