-give them some quirks
-do they have any nervous ticks or habits. most people have them
-no one is perfect, so don't make your characters perfect
-do they have something that comforts them? food, a toy, a certin song
-are they a leader or follower
-what is a random memory that sticks with the character
- whats the best thing in your characters life
-worst memory
-what are they afraid of
-is there something that people do that your charecter thinks is dumb or annoying
- is there something your character is hiding from everybody
-are they dramatic, quite? would they make a scene in public
-what is their favourite song/movie/book
-whats something they are embarrassed about
-do they have a favourite person
