His not doing well his in hospital
When Eric found out his father is in hospital, he was devastated, so then he packed his stuff.

Before he goes back, he wants to see his friends, so he goes to diner to order his usual
Jess: Hey Eric, everything ok apart from yesterday
Then he saw a suitcase on him
Jess: Are you going away?
Eric: Just for the weekend
Jess: You can tell me anything. Trust me
Eric: I thought you hated me
Jess: Yeah, I did, but then yesterday I felt guilty, so I am sorry how I was treating you for the time I saw you?
Eric: I forgive you, Jess, well, I am going to visit my family for the weekend only, but then I heard Father is in hospital, so I might be a bit longer than the weekend
Luke: You look alike shit
Eric: Thanks
Luke: is everything ok? Are you going somewhere?
Rory and Lorelai came in and sat with Eric, but they both noticed suitcase, and then they both heat him speak

Eric: I am going to see my family and my father is in hospital so I am not sure when I will be back here
Rory: we understand. Take as much time as you want
Lorelai: You can always give us an update on the phone. we are all here for you
Sookie: Lorelai told me everything, and it was wrong of him to do that here. These are my famous cookies for your journey
Eric smiles with tears and thanking them all for being his side, not Dean's

So they all finished the food. Jess helped Eric with his suitcase and gave him his number. If he needed a chat with him or Luke Eric smiled at him, they both waved good byes when he arrived in his hometown Salem he rang a bell he saw his sister Carrie they both hugged and he hugged Sami he had a tears with him he saw his mom and he went upto her but he didn't want to cry front of anyone so him and his mother was in private room for a chat he cried alot to her.

Marlena: What happened, my son? About this guy, you talk on the phone
Eric took deep breaths: he betrayed me only because we slept together one night he didn't use protection on me now, even more worried, then next day he wasn't in the room we both said I love you but next day he was humiliated me mom I thought I trust him but but now I can't him and his friends was laughing at me and he called me whore only for one night stand
His mother gave him that. How dare he look? She hugs him tightly.

Eric: Luckily, everyone is on my side, not his, but I wanted to get away from there to see you all again I will go back when time is right but right now dad needs me right
Marlena: Yes, that's right, my son, he needs you
Eric: How is he?
Marlena: his not doing great in the hospital
Eric: Take me to him, please, mother

She took him to see his father his not doing very well he saw his son standing at the door crying he let himself in and walked towards his father in the hospital bed he sat next to him he held his hands then his father heart stopped he started to cry and call the nurse in him and his mother waited outside and heard the bad news when doctor came out

They both started to cry shoulders, and then they both went home. Eric told them bad news they dad had gone, and he passed away. They set up the funeral, and he told Lorelai, Rory,Jess, and Luke the sad news on the phone, so Jess went to suprise Eric for the funeral he asked one of his siblings.

Told him where he lives and gave address to him without knowing who the man on the phone is. Eric went shopping for a buffet for after the funeral , and he made everything go upstairs he went into his room and heard a noise
Eric: Hello, who is it?
It's me, Jess. I wanted to come and suprise you
They both hugged each other he let Eric get ready for funeral, then his ready he asked Jess how do you know where I live? And how did you get in?

Well, one of your siblings told me I didn't them who i am
Eric, who is this man?
Eric: This is my friend Jess. This is one of my sister Carrie
Carrie: hi wait you the same guy on the phone, and I let you in
Jess: Yeah, I am the same guy who this other
Eric: This is my twin sister Sami and Sami. This is Jess

They went to the funeral together. Eric saw Lorelai,Rory,Luke, and Sookie were there for him. After it was finished, they all went to the house and had a buffet that Eric set up he introduced his family to his friends, and he made Rory bring Logan with her they stayed over to comfort him.

Luke and Sookie were thinking to them who made this delicious food, and then Eric walked in
Sookie and Luke said at the same time, who made this delicious food?
Eric: I made it all myself
They looked at each other with impressed by him. Jess was impressed when he heard Eric made everything himself they all went home the next day. Eric stayed one more day.

He went to his new home with tears, and then he saw Dean standing there with nude photos of him. Everyone could see it well he got annoyed with Rory, and Lorelai saw how humiliated Eric was feeling. Then Jess saw it and went to Dean and punched his face, put all them photos down for Eric and
Said his an asshole for doing that to you. You deserve a lot better than him

He gave him a kiss on a cheek. I will treat you better
Then Dean got jealous of them both

They both smiled at each other and gave a kiss
Rory: Hey asshole Dean, leave him alone. Will you
Dean gave a dirty look and went away

Rory: Jess, you better treat him better

They both went inside the house. Jess saw a wedding photo of Eric's parents' wedding day he started to smile

A few days before the wedding day that Eric is taking photos, the woman sent him an address for the location while Jess went to work. They have their first date in the evening. Eric set his equipment up, making sure the video and photo cameras are working.
