~A week ago~
Namjoon walked into bangpd's office. They often met up to discuss how stuff was going and scheduling.
"How has everything been Namjoon? The group doing well?" Bang asked
Namjoon looked at his feet as he sat down in a chair across from bang.
"Yeah, things have been okay. I think Jin and Yoongi hyung have them very under control." Namjoon mumbles
"Jin and Yoongi? Not you? You're their leader. You should be more involved in these problems. If they respect other members more than you then how are you their leader? The leader should have the most respect besides the eldest." Bang scolds.
"Look at me kid. Stop staring at your feet" bang scolds again.
Namjoon gulps and looks up at bang.
"Sorry sir. I'll try to be more involved..." Namjoon mumbles
"Don't try. You WILL be more involved. Got it?" Bang tells him
Namjoon nods looking bang in the eye.
"Has there been any troubles lately?" Bang asks
Namjoon looks away. He knew the right answer wouldn't please bangpd whatsoever. What if saying the truth ruined their shot as idols?
"Don't make me tell you again. Look at me Namjoon." Bangpd scolds
Namjoon quickly looks at him "er...well. Things haven't been too great behavior wise. Yknow since some of the members are on the younger side? I know I'm still young but I'm more mature than the maknaes. They get in lots of trouble....jin and Yoongi often uh...discipline them."
"Discipline? How so?" Bang asks curiously
"Um...spankings sir. Usually always bare bottom. Even though they act up they work really well for the boys. We've seen improvement but of course it won't always be smooth sailing" namjoon tells him nervously.
"I see...and you aren't very involved when it comes to spanking the members? I'm assume that's what you meant by not being as involved" Bang asks
I nod "yeah. I've done it a couple times. Mine are super effective."
"Very well then. So if the members are displeased with anyone behavior or actions they go over the knee?" Bang asks
I nod "yeah. That's pretty much how it goes."
"Come here Namjoon" bang asks
Namjoons pov
I gulp and go over to bangpd, he looks at me "I think as your manager I should be able to administer this kind of punishment aswell."
I hope he's just saying that...
He pulls me across his lap, my stomach drops.
