Scene: Vani's Suite, night ✨
Vani is in her suite, dressed in a silky robe, preparing for bed. The air is warm, the city lights glowing outside her window. She hears a soft knock on the door connecting her room to Henry's. Before she can respond, the door slowly opens, and Henry steps inside, leaning casually against the doorframe. His shirt is slightly unbuttoned, revealing just a glimpse of his toned chest.
Vani (startled, but playful): "Henry... it's late. You should be in your room. What are you doing here?"
Henry (smirking, voice low and teasing): "I couldn't sleep. Thought I'd see if you were having the same problem."
Vani (raising an eyebrow, crossing her arms over her chest): "I was actually just about to call it a night. Some of us need rest, you know."
Henry (walking slowly towards her, eyes glinting with mischief): "Rest is overrated."
(He steps closer, his voice dropping to a whisper.)
"Besides, I've been thinking about you all evening. Can't seem to get you out of my head, Vani."Vani's breath hitches as Henry moves closer, the space between them closing rapidly. She tries to maintain her composure, but his presence is overwhelming.
Vani (trying to sound casual, but her voice is softer): "Maybe you should try counting sheep... or business deals. That might help."
Henry (chuckling, now standing just inches away from her): "Nothing helps, not when you're this close."
(He brushes a fingertip lightly along her arm, sending a shiver through her.)
"You have no idea how hard it is to stay in my room when I know you're right next door."Vani steps back, but the bed behind her blocks her retreat. She sits on the edge, trying to regain her composure, but Henry moves to sit next to her, his eyes locked on hers, full of unspoken promises.
Vani (clearing her throat, trying to stay playful): "You really should try to behave yourself, Henry. We're on a business trip, remember?"
Henry (leaning in, his voice a husky murmur): "Business... pleasure... the lines get blurry when it comes to you, Vani."
(He gently tucks a strand of her hair behind her ear, his fingers lingering on her cheek.)
"Tell me to leave, and I will. But we both know you don't want that."Vani feels her pulse race, his touch burning her skin. There's a magnetic pull between them, one that's hard to resist. Her resolve is slipping, but she knows there's danger in giving in to him too easily.
Vani (her voice barely above a whisper): "You're too confident for your own good, Henry."
Henry (smiling, his lips dangerously close to hers): "Confident? Maybe. But only because I know what I want."
(His voice lowers, his lips brushing the shell of her ear.)
"And right now, all I want is you."Vani's heart pounds in her chest. She knows she should push him away, but the heat between them is undeniable. Her body betrays her as she leans slightly into him, her breath shallow.
Vani (teasing, but her voice is shaky): "You can't always get what you want, Mr. Cavill."
Henry (chuckling softly, his lips hovering over hers): "That's where you're wrong, sweetheart. I always get what I want."
Henry's phone buzzed, pulling him away from their cozy moment.
His demeanor changed instantly as he glanced at the screen. His jaw tightened, and the warmth in his eyes was replaced by cold determination.
"I have some urgent work to handle, Vani," he said, his voice clipped. "Stay here. Don't leave the room."
Vani frowned. "Is everything okay?"
