As Vani stepped into Henry's opulent office, her heart was pounding. She had sensed a storm brewing ever since their return from Australia, and now, standing before Henry, the tension was palpable.
Henry sat behind his desk, his expression cold and calculating, the air around him heavy with dominance. His piercing blue eyes locked onto hers as he gestured for her to sit.
"Close the door," he ordered in a voice that sent a chill down her spine.
She hesitated, but the steel in his gaze left no room for argument. She closed the door and sat, her fingers trembling slightly as she clutched the edge of her seat.
Henry leaned forward, resting his forearms on the desk. His voice was low, but it carried a menacing edge. "Vani, let me make one thing perfectly clear. I will not tolerate disobedience or distance between us. You will come to the office every day. You will fulfill your responsibilities, and you will stay in my sight. Do you understand?"
Vani swallowed hard, her throat dry. "I... I never intended to leave my job, Mr. Cavill. I just-"
"Enough!" Henry's voice cracked like a whip, making her flinch. He stood abruptly, his towering figure looming over her. "You think I don't know what you're capable of? Running away, avoiding me? I've been too lenient with you, Vani. That ends now and did you forget the punishment I gave you last night in Australia hmmm?."
Her eyes widened, fear flickering across her face. "I wasn't trying to-"
He slammed his hand down on the desk, the sound reverberating through the room. "You don't get to explain. You belong here. To me. And if you ever try to run, I promise, Vani, I will find you. No matter where you go, no matter who you turn to, I will bring you back. Do you understand me?"
Vani's hands shook as she nodded, her voice barely a whisper. "Yes, I understand."
"Good." His voice softened, but the underlying threat remained. "Now, get back to work. And don't make me remind you of this conversation, go now u can go home."
As Vani hurried out of his office, tears stung her eyes. She felt trapped, her fear of Henry growing with every step she took. His obsession was no longer just unsettling-it was terrifying.
What she didn't know was that Henry had anticipated her every move.
Before their conversation, he had already called in Marco, his trusted right-hand man. Standing in the shadows of Henry's vast office, Marco had received his orders with a grim nod.
"She'll try to run," Henry had said, his voice low and cold. "She thinks she's clever, but I'm always one step ahead. I want guards following her everywhere she goes-discreetly. I want to know where she is, who she meets, and what she's planning. Every detail, Marco. Do not fail me."
"Understood, Mr. Cavill," Marco had replied, leaving the office to put the plan into motion.

Rudra: (grabbing her shoulders gently) "Vani! My baby are u okay!! Please don't cry sweetz, we'll protect u"
Vani: (sobbing uncontrollably) "He... he won't leave me alone. He's obsessed! He threatened me again, Rudra bhaiya. I don't know what to do anymore!"
Rudra: (face darkening with rage) "That bastard! How dare he? I knew he was trouble from the start. Don't worry, my little sister. I'll make sure he pays for this. You're not going back to that office ever again!"
Vani's Mother: (panicking) Vani, you have to tell us everything! This is getting out of hand."
Vani's Father: (trying to remain calm but visibly shaken) "Rudra, we need to act carefully. Henry is a powerful man. If we're not cautious, he could ruin us all."
Manasvi, Vani's best friend, who rushes in, her face etched with concern. She looks around, immediately sensing the tension in the air.
Manasvi: (hurriedly walking to Vani) "Vani! I heard everything. Are you okay? What did that monster do to you?"
Vani: (breaking into fresh sobs) "Manasvi... I don't know what to do. He's everywhere. He's always watching, always threatening."
Manasvi: (kneeling in front of her, holding her hands) "I told you, Vani! I told you from the beginning-I didn't get good vibes from him. There was always something off about Henry. But you wouldn't listen!"
Vani: (lowering her head) "I thought he cared for me, Manasvi. I thought... maybe he was just intense, but now... now I realize how wrong I was."
Rudra: (interrupting, his voice sharp) "She's realized it now, Manasvi, and that's what matters. I'm going to make sure he doesn't come near her again."
Rudra: (gritting his teeth) "I don't care how powerful he is! No one messes with my family. I'll make sure he knows that Vani is not alone. I'll arrange for high security around the house. From now on, Vani, you're staying home until this is resolved."
Vani: (looking at Rudra, pleading) "But he won't stop, Rudra bhaiya. He's obsessed. He said he'd do anything to have me... even if it means destroying everything."

Rudra: (hugging her protectively) "It will, Vani. I promise you. No one messes with my sister and gets away with it. Not even Henry Cavill."

Rudra immediately starts making calls to arrange security, while Vani's parents and mansavi sit close to her, reassuring her that she's safe at home.
