The Trail

'Flash Back'

It was a beautiful day outside while Olivia Benson was called to the court house, at the court house Alex Cabot was at Trail on a Step Mother who beat her 13 yr old step daughter to death 

"Mr. Mason you told homicide Detectives Decker and Tanner that you had to take your sister away can you tell me why you had to take her away." Alex Cabot asked Mr. Mason "I had to take her from My mother, My mother would beat her every day and night when i tried to help her my mother would hit me and tell me to leave them i tried everything i could to get my sister away from her but when i finally had the money to go to our dad's i found Lilly on the ground not breathing i called 911 but i was to late." Mr. mason "Thank you no farther questions." Alex Cabot said and sat down "Mr. Mason did you every try taking Lilly out of the house at night when you found out your mother would beat her." Emily White asked 

"yes i have but when i got into my car my mom would already be out of the house grabbing Lilly and taking her back in the house i tried everything." Mr. Mason replied "Thank you Mr. Mason you may step down." Emily White said after about 20 minutes passed the Judge started talking "has the jury reached a verdict." judge Adams asked the jury "we have your honor." one of the jury said " Murder in the 1st degree how do you define." said judge Adams "we find the defendant Guilty." said the jury with that they took her away Alex win the case she went back to her office to eat lunch when she got down eating she got called into her bosses office when she got there she saw a beautiful Burnett sitting in the chair across from her boss

"you wanted to see me sir." Alex Cabot said shutting the door "yes Alex this is Svu detective  Olivia Benson, Olivia this is Alex Cabot." her boss said Alex shock Olivia's hand "Alex I'm resining you to Svu" he said to Alex "Sir, I'm not familiar with how they operate." Alex Said "that's Ok miss Cabot i can Show you how we operate." Olivia said with a smile  Alex smiled back "well i guess your stuck with me now." Alex chuckled Olivia smiled oh that smile was giving Alex butterflies. and that's how it started
