The Statement/The Attempt

after Olivia was dressed Alex went out and told them and the first on to come in was Casey "I'll be out in the hall if you need me." Alex kissed Olivia's head "please stay." Olivia said grabbing Alex's hand Alex kissed Olivia "ok Olivia i know this is going to be hard for you to tell me and the others but i need to know everything that happened." Casey said carefully sitting on the bed next to Olivia "it's ok Casey i know you guys are just trying to help." Olivia said squeezes Alex's hand "Ok Olivia whenever you're ready." Casey said opening her note pad Olivia took a deep breath "we were talking about how Noah was calling Alex mommy he was mad that Noah was calling her that i told him that Noah can call Alex whatever he wanted to cuz she was going to be his step mom soon then he grabbed me and throw me on the bed and strapped me down and then he told me if i scream or tell anyone that he raped me that he would hurt Alex then he took off his pants and he took off my shirt and shorts then he grabbed my underwear and throw them to the floor I tried fighting back but he was to strong then when he was done he got dressed and left." Olivia said crying Alex held Olivia tight Casey nodded at Alex Casey hugged Olivia and told everyone that Olivia didn't want to go though anymore they all understood

Amanda came over after setting the kids down to watch tv "What happened." Amanda asked Casey "so while we all were having fun at the party Brian raped Olivia." Casey said quietly so the kids couldn't hear her Amanda broke down she felt so bad that she didn't stop him Amanda went into the room where Olivia and Alex were talking "oh honey I'm so sorry I didn't stop him." Amanda said hugging Olivia "it's not your fault Amanda." Olivia said to Amanda after a few hours everyone left so it was just Alex, Noah and Olivia Alex made dinner "Noah can you go tell your mom that dinner is ready." Alex asked Noah while putting dinner on the table "Ok mommy i will." Noah said walking over to Olivia's bed room "Mama mommy said dinners ready." Noah said knocking on the door Noah didn't get answer so he opened the door and didn't see Olivia he went to the bathroom and saw water coming from under the door "MOMMY COME QUICK." Noah yelled for Alex "what happened buddy." Alex said running in the room "there's water coming from in the bathroom." Noah said pointing to the water on the ground "Noah go call 911 now." Alex said to Noah Alex broke down the door she saw Olivia in the tub with the water running Alex turned off the water and saw how Olivia cut her wrists "Olivia wake up please don't leave me i need you." Alex whispered to Olivia trying to wake her up  "Mommy what happened." Noah asked when he got into the bathroom "Mama hut herself do you call 911." Alex asked crying "ya they said there on there way." Noah said crying sitting next to Alex and holding Olivia 

a few minutes later they paramedics knocked on the door "Noah go let them in." Alex sobbed Noah ran to the door and let them in "what happened." One of the paramedics asked "i found her in the tube with her wrists cut." Alex cried "she's stable we need to get her to the hospital now." the second paramedic said they rushed Olivia to the ambulance Alex got into her car with Noah and followed the ambulance they rushed Olivia into the hospital and started working on Olivia Alex and Noah were sitting in the waiting room "Mommy what if Mama dies." Noah asked crying Alex pulled him into a hug "Mama's not going anywhere she's strong and she knows how much we love her." Alex said rubbing Noah's back they fell asleep Alex was woken up from a nurse "are you miss Cabot." the nurse asked "yes i am is my fiance ok." Alex asked quietly trying not to wake up Noah "she's doing well we got her stable she did lose alot of blood but she'll survive and she's asking for you." the nurse said standing up Alex picked up Noah and went to Olivia's room "hey baby." Olivia said when she saw Alex walk in with Noah Alex put Noah down on the couch and let him sleep Alex went over to Olivia "why did you do it." Alex asked looking at Olivia's arms Olivia took a steady breath "i just wanted the pain to go away and i know i shouldn't have done it but i didn't know what else to do." Olivia said tearing up "i know baby but you need to talk to me before it gets this bad Noah was the one to find you and i didn't know how to tell him that you tried to take your life he thinks you were drunk and fell asleep in the bath." Alex said crying Olivia pulled Alex on the bed with her and held her Alex cried in Olivia's neck soon Alex fell asleep Olivia pressed the nurse button soon the nurse came in "hey could you get a blanket for my son i don't want him to get sick." Olivia asked the nurse the nurse nodded she left and when she came back she put the blanket on Noah and Olivia thanked her soon Olivia fell asleep
