Unknown Place.
The rain has been pouring down for more than two hours now. And seems to be going nowhere soon.
Living under the shadow of a city full of walking animals or robots can make some people go insane. The only humans who are allowed to walk around freely are females, while the males are being deported out of the mainstream.
This "academy city" is larger than the United States of America and Canada combined, at about 19,123,260 km2. It is home to thousands of different academies of many themes, they are divided into mostly independent districts with their own state or administrative divisions.
Kivotos is the name. The type of Government here is the Federation, and the General Student Council (GSC) is the center Federal Government of Kivotos.
The population here is made up of animals of various kinds, as many as your mind could think of, and robots as mentioned before. Most female humanoids here have various mythological and animalistic traits such as horns, tails, ears, and wings, and a special thing above their head which is the only thing for humans that were born in Kivotos, not those animals and robots.
Live of a Female here is a dream, they can do whatever they want, many things are also being run by girls and everything is peaceful, for the most time.
But male? They stay in the shadows, they can't even attend any schools because they have been banned, and the world won't accept them again. Feminist? Nah, the people in this city are not that stupid enough to live in a world like that.
Besides, many males did live here, but they were mainly walking animals or robots, not a single male human.

Wearing a dark gray raincoat that covered his entire body and arm, a large black iron cross with a white outline on the middle back of his coat, a hood coving his head, a long gray sweater with long sleeves, and black shorts with white lines on the bottom, on his back under the coat, a small brown bag, on his left-hand side, a Walther P38 pistol with a few spare magazines left.
Living in a city like this while being a male is like living in hell for him and others, male humans don't have rights, they're being kicked out of society, staying only in the dark shadows where no one will ever see.
It's been almost 10 years since the infamous " Dark Dawn Incidents," back in 2053, which was a big part and turning point of Kivotos' history.
He went through those events, seeing what happened before the breaking point, the tragedy on that fateful day, and its consequences. At that time he was still young and lived with his parent, but after the incident happened, he and his father got separated from his mother, unfortunately, his father ended his life not long after by jumping off the bridge. Leaving him nowhere to go and nowhere to return.
