The Fallen Rises 1, The Boy Northern

Chapter 1 Into the Forest

Here in a dark place with so many trees and animals there is a little boy named Jordan who lives in a cave with his older brother Apollo and his Younger Sister Emily, the two were having fun as they play a little game of tag while Apollo sits on the bedrock and watches his younger siblings play around.

"Be careful you two." Said Apollo. "You don't want to get yourselves hurt." He warned them not to mess around too much, but they did not listen to their older brother, only when Emily trip and fall down did they stop for a moment. Jordan picks his little sister up and apologizes,

On that night his master Ashura Kage entered the cave and told them to get outside for a camping trip. The 3 siblings followed his instruction, so they packed their things and started following him. They left their home strolling in the forest with Apollo and Ashura to guide Jordan and Emily, until they found a place with an open area, where they settle to prepare their sticks and light the campfire. By the time they settled, Apollo would play with Emily while Jordan sat beside Ashura watching the stars.

One night the curious Jordan was wondering what his parents are doing and where they are while he and Emily were raised in the forest, and he asked Ashura where his mother was, then he replied, "Your mother is outside the forest, five years ago she asked me to take care of both you and your sister, while she allowed your brother to visit you once a week." the boy listened to his answer and he now knew.

Jordan asked another question, one that he had in mind for a long while, he could recall his brother telling him that his dad died, but the young boy could never know the true answer.  "How did my dad die." Jordan asked curiously

That question hit Ashura as he remembers a close ally of his son's. He was hesitant to tell the boy at first, but he replied after taking two deep breaths. "Your father who is a kind and loving person was killed by my apprentice named Shadow Mist... a powerful guardian who turned on his friends for a very long time" Jordan asked who Shadow Mist was, Ashura then tells a tale "A long time ago there are those who protect the people in different planets called the Guardians, there are lots of them who live in different planets around the world and protected them from threats, until the Dark era spread across the Galaxy. There was a great war that time, a war that lasted for a thousand years many brave soldiers died that time especially my son Ven. Because of Shadow Mist many beloved heroes had no choice but to hide from the Empire's reign and I was one of them." Jordan was amazed after listening to his story and felt sorry for the loss of Ashura's son. then Ashura says to him in his poor old voice "After the war had ended, your mother wanted you safe and far from danger, so she asked me to take you in."

While Apollo and the others are having fun, Jordan heard a voice and followed it, as he walks away from Ashura quietly, then he ran as fast as he could. into the woods and headed somewhere with tall trees, his curiosity got the better of innocent little Jordan. He knows wandering without a grown up is dangerous, but the echo he heard is not just any echo. It is an echo for help, and he heeded that call without hesitation.

Jordan heard a voice again but this time it's louder. "I'm getting close" he exclaimed. He kept on going until he found where it came from, a girl, lost in the forest all alone, crying as she huddles herself. Jordan approached to her slowly, so he won't scare her, then he asked her calmly "are you ok" the girl looked at him and she said fearfully "No I'm not." Jordan stays with her for a while, to make sure she's safe because he knows she hasn't been here before, while sitting next to the little girl, he noticed scratches on her arms, painful scratches. Jordan saw that the girl is badly hurt, but he was surprised to see so many on her. 

Then on that night he heard a roar of a grizzly bear from afar, it sounded so close, it had Jordan tremble. the young boy, knew he and the girl had to leave, so he had no choice but to pull her up and take her with him. Suddenly he finds a shadow lurking in the dark, and as that figure emerged into the moonlight a bear walks toward them ,the girl went behind Jordan she said that she was scared, but Jordan, realizing that the bear is is friend said "You'll be fine it's just Lizzy, she won't hurt us. Jordan approached to the bear he named Lizzy and asks if she can bring the girl home by giving her a ride, Lizzy roared in acceptance, but she grunts at him saying that she needs someone to protect, Jordan looked at her then he said, "I will." While Lizzy runs fast to bring them outside, Jordan asks the girl "What's your name" The girl answered, "I'm Lynn" Jordan greeted her and says his name "Nice to meet you Lynn I'm Jordan." Lizzy almost got to their destination, but she stopped because of the sound coming from the gun, Lizzy lets them go on their own, and fights of the hunter to protect them Jordan refuses to leave Lizzy and decides to protect her, but it was too late for him to save her once she was shot by the hunter named Stuart. He called the Police using his phone that Lizzy tried to kill the kids, which causes Jordan to go rouge and beats him up, Lynn stops him, then Jordan raged at her. Jordan didn't know what he was doing, and he tries to apologize to her, but Lynn fell and moved away from him, when he looks at his hands, he saw himself as a monster and ran away, Lynn was worried and followed him all the way and found him crying behind a tree, she ran to him then tripped. Lynn got up and sit beside him until he remains calm. 

Later Jordan heard her whimper and sees her bleeding knee, he ripped his sleeves and ties her knee to stop it from bleeding, then he sees a scar on her right eye and asked, "What happened to your eye?" Lynn hides her scar from him, and she said "My dad gave me that scar" Jordan was worried when she told him how, Jordan was relieved that she was ok, but something came from his mind and asked how she got in the forest. Lynn told him her backstory "After My dad got mad, I left home, I haven't gone back for hours since I ended up in the forest." Jordan apologized about him getting mad and what happened to her. Few hours later the Ashura, Jordan's family and the police found Jordan and Lynn sleeping together and Stuart got arrested for animal hunting Jordan woke up and he looked both sideways "Where's Lynn?" He asked with his worried expression. A policeman said to him "Don't worry your friend is safe kid we'll just bring her back to her home" as the police car revved Lynn look at the window waving bye to Jordan, then he noticed that her wounds healed quickly. Just before Jordan followed Ashura, he saw a man on a mask and believed that he could be Shadow Mist.
