The Assassin's have healed and the Brotherhood is ready for the coming fight. We have the help of the Batfamily or what's rest of them. Bruce grew colder when he found out about Dick dying. Tim decided to retire, and Jason has become more prone to killing. Not that I have a problem with it, but he scares me.
Angelo: You still write in that thing?
I look up and see Angelo. I put down my journal and pen and look at him.
Angelo: Al wants a word.
I walk with him to go to his brother, who is waiting for me. He's sitting on a bench on a balcony. I walk over and sit next to him.
Y/n: You needed a word, Grandmaster?
Alessondro: Y'know I hate when you call me that. We're equals.
Y/n: Not in rank.
Alessondro: That's what we need to talk about.
Y/n: I'm listening.
Alessondro: Y/n, I found out that... I'm uh... I'm dying.
I look at him in shock.
Y/n: What?
Alessondro: After the war with Braniac, I went to a doctor because I was feeling unwell. I have a disease that is basically making my muscles stop working.
Y/n: How long?
Alessondro: Have I known?
Y/n: Do you have.
Alessondro: A few months to a year.
I look down and nod.
Alessondro: That's why I'm stepping down and making you the Grandmaster once again.
I look back at him and nod.
Y/n: Have you told Angelo?
Alessondro: Yes. He's trying to pretend that it isn't happening. It won't last. He'll have an outburst at some point.
Y/n: Ok... ok.
Alessondro: We have no time for grieving right now. Let's get your kid back, brother.
He stands and extends his hand. I take it and get up. We make our way to the main room and make the announcement that I am the Grandmaster once more.
The plan is to set an all out assult on the Templars lair and shut them down. Once and for all.
Y/n: Tonight we attack the Templars!
Assassins: Yeah!
Y/n: Are you with me?!
Assassins: Yeah!
Y/n: Then go! I will meet you there!
As the Assassins go, I go meet with the Batfamily and Cass.
Cassandra: We ready to get our son back.
Y/n: Let's go.
We all get into our vehicles and arrive at the Templar lair, which is a huge mansion. I rally the troops in front of the gates.
Y/n: Do we remember the plan?!
Assassins: Yes, Grandmaster!
Y/n: Once the signal is shown, we attack!
Assassins: Yes, Grandmaster!
We wait and see the signal that the snipers have been taken care of.
Y/n: Attack!
We run towards the mansion and start killing gaurds. I run towards one and shoot him in the chest twice, then spin around and shoot another in the head.
Y/n: Get into the basement!
We find the enterance and blow it open. We flood in and find a group of armed men protecting the Templars. I shoot out the light and grab ones gun. I point it up as he starts shooting, which lights up the room a bit. I stab him in the neck and move to the next guy. Batman joins but doesn't kill anyone. We finally get through them and capture the Templars. We bind their hands and line them up outside. I walk down the line with my gun drawn.
Y/n: You bastards took my son.
I stop at one man.
Y/n: Where is he?
He spits in my eye. I get pissed and shoot him in his.
Y/n: Speak up and all you'll get is prison time. It'll be hell since you kidnapped a child but, hey, you'll be alive right?
I point my gun at one man who is short and overweight.
Y/n: Now. Where. The. Fuck. Is. He?
Man: He's in one of the rooms on the top floor. I swear!
Y/n: Thank you. Assassins!?
Assassins: Yes, Grandmaster?!
Y/n: Kill these men!
Assassins: Yes, Grandmaster!
Man: Wait, I thought we would live.
Y/n: You kidnapped my son. That was never an option.
I walk away as I hear gunshots ring off. We go to the top rooms and check them. I get the last room and kick it open.
Y/n: Alex?!
Alex: Dad?
I follow the voice and find him hiding in the closet. I kneel down and hug him.
Y/n: You're alright. Let's go, buddy. Mom's waiting for us.
Alex: You and mom are back together?
Y/n: That's right, bud.
I pick him and we walk out to the hallway where Cass is. She freezes for a second then runs over and hugs us both.
Cass: Let's go home.
We drive back to the lair and go into our new home. We decided staying here for now was a good idea. We now live in the Grandmaster's room with him getting his own room.
