Sanemis Pov.

Around dinner time Tomioka was still in the room with me as i cleaned his deep cut still. "Shinazugawa..? Can I ask you something..?" He asked blushing slightly.

I looked into his sapphire blue eyes...his hair a bit messy. "What." I asked a little annoyed. God dammit. Why do I sound so..mean!

I don't want to sound like that to him when I speak..ugh. I thought to myself as he started to talk again.

"Why have you been so nice to me lately..?" He whispered. My eyes widened a little. "What? Got a damn problem with that emo? Is me being nice not ok?" I said sarcastically.

He flinched at my cold angry tone. Guilt instantly hit me. But I didn't show it. "N-no it's fine..it's just..I never thought you would have a soft spot for me..."

Giyuu laughed a little and I blushed. "Tch. Soft spot..? I don't think so...." finally!! I didn't say that sentence with aggression.

"But really Shinazugawa, why? Did you hurt yourself recently?" Tomioka asked leaning up a little.

"I..I'm not sure. But stop asking questions and rest. You need it." I had a bit of concern in my tone, I didn't want him hurting anything else.

He nodded and layed back against the backboard. I just sat on the floor staring off into space.

Then I looked over at tomioka who was struggling to get comfortable with his small pillow.

I chuckled "need some assistance emo?" He gave me a little groan. "Maybe...it's jut this pillows to small and there is only one. And I need something to prop my foot up on.."

I blushed a little, "I mean...I can be a pillow for you.." I sighed a bit annoyed.

His face flushed. "I..I'm good with that." He said scooting over. I got under the blanket with him letting him rest his head on my chest.

He almost immediately fell asleep. My heart rate quickened by what felt like a Trillianth.

I heard the door creek open. My heart sank.  "Please don't be genya..." I whispered to myself. "Is that you sanemi..?" A voice whispered walking up to me.

My eyes widened, could it be..."Y/N...? I thought.. you died! How the hell did you know where I was..?!"

I whispered yelled not wanting to wake Tomioka. "A Magician.never reveals their secrets.." they teased. "Oh shut it moron! Just get out..I'm trying to sleep it's been a long day.."

I muttered clearly embarrassed and annoyed. "Oh? You found yourself a hot boyfriend, aw I'm jealous!" They said in a teasing tone shutting the door behind them.

"HES NOT MY-" I wanted to scream at Y/N but Tomioka grunted and shifted a little. I realized that he was going to wake up if I yelled anymore than I already did.

I sighed and looked at his sleeping form. His eyebags a little dark, his hair ruffled and a little messy.

His face didn't have that emotionaless or empty look, instead it had a calm, full of life face. I held his cheek with my hand caressing it softly, he felt soft.

It's sounds stupid..I just Met him not even 3 weeks ago and I feel...so calm and comfortable around him

"I promise I'll protect you..."  I whispered, I looked at his backpack that was on the floor. Small shuffles coming from it.

A small black and white kitten with a dark blue and purple eye emerged from the bag.

"Mew..?" It went. It hopped in between me and Giyu. Snuggling between us. I looked at it's collar. "Mei mei huh? You tomiokas cat?" I pet her.

She purred and licked my hand. I looked over at giyu again. I ran my hand through his hair, it was soft and silky.  My body seemed to move on its own..

I kissed his forehead and fell asleep my head ontop of his.  Sleeping soundly.

The next morning

I fluttered my eyes open to see giyu still asleep. Along with mei mei in between us.  I chuckled ruffling his hair. As the bright sun peaked through the blinds.

"T..Tomioka..it's time to-" before I could finish my sentence, Y/N and genya Busted down the door.

What's with them and doing that? "GET UP LOVE BIRDS TIME TO EAT!!" Y/N and Genya said in unison.

I flipped them off and kissed tomioka on the forehead. I froze and my face flushed. red. Did I just?! Y/N screamed. "AHHH OH MY GOD YOU KISSED EMO!!!" They screamed running out the door.

Genya sighed and got out his wallet. "I owe Y/N a lot of money..." he walked out the door counting 10s.

"Shinazugawa...is everything ok? Why was that person screaming..?" He rubbed his eyes and saw mei mei laying in between us.

"I guess she decided to finaly get out of my bag..." he yawned and hugged me a little.

"I-It was nothing. I'm going to get up and make breakfast alright. Stay in bed if I see you get up without telling me or asking for assistance.."

I sighed. "I guess I'll have to tie you to the bed-" tomioka and my face flushed. "W-wait not like that.." I said quickly getting out to make breakfast.

Wheni walked downstairs I saw Y/N and genya trying to get this bird thing away from the snacks.

"The hell are you morons doing?" I asked as I approached the bird grabbing it and throw it out the nearest window.

"How did you just-" Y/N looked confused. "Remeber I was a soldier in the army." She rolled her eyes. "So? You know that I'm not from thos world or time dummy, I'm actually a jujitsu sorcerer grade 1 in fact!!"

I scoffed, "Shut up with your imaginary world bud." I walked over to the fridge and looked to see what the past family had

I saw a thing a bacon and eggs, after I cooked that I walked back to his room and saw he was trying to get  dressed.

He was shirtless, I dropped the glass of water and slammed the door. "Oh my God tomioka I'm so sorry." I said trying to hold back my blush.

I heard a laugh through the door and he said I could come in. I walked in and handed him the tray of food, "damn, I need to wipe this up." I cleaned up the mess and looked at tomioka.

"Shinazugawa...thanks for the wake up kiss." He said, my face flushed along with his.

"W..whattt??? A wake up kiss..? No.. I- " he slowly was getting g up from his bed Wincing in pain. "T-tomioka!! What the hell are you doing! You'll reopen your wound!"

I yelled at him, my voice full of worry and concern. I ran up to him leading him back to his bed. "Shinazugawa-"

I nodded, laying him back down. "No. Sanemi. Call me sanemi." I smiled and looked into his dark blue sapphire eyes.

His eyes widened and he blushed. "I..I mean sanemi, can...can you.."

AN, guess what, cliffhanger 😆😈. It's ok though, I want to thank all of you for reading this far!! I'm so happy. I'm making another story that will be called 'Sanemis journal' it will have animals people characters and notes about each character in this story. Oh and I described mei mei in this chapter so a fellow reader and others would see her the way I created her. See yall next chapter!!
