Riley's day at school was horrible and what's worse was that she still had 2 hours left. She flunked another test, she slipped on something in gym class and her favourite shirt got stained from the school lunch. The poor teen was in a horrible mood by the time her second to last class was over. On the inside, the emotions were scurrying around and annoyed themselves.

Riley was walking the hallway until some girl bumped into her. "Hey! Watch it brace face!"

Immediately all the emotions stopped bickering with each other to look at the screen. "What'd she just say?" Anger said, stepping up to the console, pressing a button to make Riley react.

"I'm sorry, what'd you call me?" Riley demanded through gritted teeth, clutching her notebooks tightly.

"I said, watch where you're going brace face!" She teased again, smirking.

Anger pressed a few more buttons the top of his head turning hotter by the minute. "Why don't you get some glasses? You bump into everyone all the time. That says something, Lindsay," She hissed harshly.

Everyone in the hallway was drawn to the commotion, crowding around the two girls. All the while Anger was mashing buttons, fuming. The others were trying to get him to stop, seeing as this could get Riley into a fight. "Anger you have to stop! You can get Riley hurt!" Joy frantically explained, trying to pull Anger away from the console.

"No! Riley needs me right now, Joy!" Anger snapped, pushing more buttons, the whole console turning red.

"Oh yeah? And what are you going to do about that, brace face? Are gonna get your dumb friends Bree and Grace to defend you, huh? Or are you gonna run over to Val and cry to her?"Lindsay said, pushing Riley.

Anger stared at the girl who just pushed Riley, gritting her teeth. "So we're playing that game yeah? Ok, how about you have the taste of your own teeth!" Anger screamed, grabbing the handles and pushing them, screaming at the top of his lungs, the top of his head aflame. Riley pushed the girl back and not only that, punched her directly in the face. "Don't touch me and don't talk about my friends! I'm already having to deal everybody and everything today, I don't need to deal with you either! So how about you buzz off and go cry to your mom and your absent dad Lindsay!" Riley shouted out angrily.

Everyone at the console gasped, some of them covering their mouths, except Anger of course, proud of himself. In the outside world, Lindsay started to tear up, holding her cheek and yelled back. "Whatever Anderson!" Lindsay screeched, pushing through the crowd.

Riley huffed and also pushed herself through the crowd to get to the next class, everyone gossiping about the whole situation.

Anger was pumping his fists up in the air. "Ladies and gentlemen, problem solved! No more of dummy Lindsay!"

However nobody said anything, confusing Anger greatly. The silence was loud until a loud voice spoke up. "Anger, what were you thinking?!"

Everyone turned to see Joy, filled with an incredible amount of rage. "I did what I thought was best for Riley, that's what I did!" Anger replied back.

"No you didn't if anything, you almost made Riley get hurt! There was no reasons to use violence with Lindsay!" Joy objected all too quickly.

Everyone in that room got uncomfortable, the tension growing steadily. Mainly Fear was concerned, as this was his boyfriend getting a screamed by Joy. Suddenly he felt arms wrap around his legs and he looked down to see a very startled Envy. She looked up at Fear with her big eyes all teary and sad. "I'm scared..." she said, her voice wobbling and startled.
