-Time: when Philippines got deemed missing-

-UN's POV-

Why is all this chaos happening? I asked myself as I looked at the papers of a few countryhumans going missing, many people dying.

Poland... Malaysia... Mexico... Nigeria... And lastly Philippines...

They've gone missing at the same time in the same week, their countryland are doing well because their presidents are still there to govern the land and along with the people in it. But they still worry for their dear countryhuman who represents the motherland.

It's been a whole month... We already found Malaysia and Poland with the help of another countries and associations. From what WHO observed from the two, they were obviously traumatized.

However, they did not know who their kidnapper was, in each 3 day of their disappearance, and in each hour, a new person would appear and it caused their heads to be dizzy since they were drugged by those people so they don't know what to say or describe.

I groaned as I fixed my posture on my chair. I looked down at my laptop as I observed the mail that USA and China gave to me. They've already got a lead on the serial killer...

I closed my laptop as I looked at the night sky from the balcony window. It's unusually quiet for a world filled with problems... I closed my eyes as I contemplate an effective plan to capture this killer and to find the missing countries

-Martial Law's POV-

I'm here worrying for my little twin brother in the Malacañang palace... It's been a month since Philippines was missing, the Filipinos and the government was in a state of panic for the loss of their countryhuman.

I'm here at my office looking at my laptop, searching and looking at CCTV's from where Philippines got kidnapped, the UI or so called United Island that is located in USA, a floating island where countries and organizations meet.

I went there as soon as I got the news that my brother Philippines got kidnapped, I investigated and traced my brother's footsteps for a week before giving up once I found it useless. The kidnapper was good at hiding their step. The CCTV in the hall got deactivated 1 hour before my brother got kidnapped.

The security didn't found anything as well. . . Tangina. . . This is frustrating. . .

I closed my laptop before standing up, opening my door and closing it after me. I walked down the hallway down to the private bar where alcoholic beverages are stored. I bet Del Pilar is there.

I opened the door and I was right, kuya Del was there, drinking whiskey as he is deep in thought. I walked over to him and tapped at his shoulder, he looked over his shoulder to see me in the eye.

Del Pilar, "anong kailangan mo bunso? Bakit nandidito ka? "

Martial Law, "wala kuya, gusto ko lang uminom"

[DP T: what do you need little brother? Why are you here in the first place?]

[ML T: nothing big brother, I just want to drink]

He nodded, I sat down on the stool besides him as a bartender went to me, I said to give me whiskey as well.

Del Pilar, "do you got any clues where Philippines might be?"

Martial Law, "not yet Kuya"

[ML T: big brother]

He leaned down on the counter as he looked at me before sighing in disappointment and looked up in the maroon ceiling, the bartender came back and gave me a glass and a bottle of whiskey, he poured a generous amount and then I drank all of it in three gulp.

Del Pilar, "calm down brother, don't waste yourself so easily, I'm sure Philippines is safe"

Martial Law, "what if he's not?"

Del Pilar, "he is, have faith in him"

He looked at me with worry and reassurance, worry for my health and reassurance that Philippines is there, alive and well. I sighed next, I looked down on my drink as I pray to God that my brother is safe.
