IT was early in the afternoon when we all had to attive at the Defense Force Tachikawa Base for the exams second round. Kafka was driving us in his cleaning companys truck, it was really squishy in there though since there was only space for two people and we had three..
the second he parked the truck me and Reno hop out and looked around, my eyes widen as i stare at the massive building ahead.
“woah..”
was all i could say while Ren and Kafka talk about random things, thats when i spot a cool looking motorcyclist in the corner of my eye.
removing his helmet, he reveals an..attractive face yet his hairstyle was interestingg..
there were more interesting faces but the one that stuck out to me the most was a blonde guy with no eyebrows, running laps across the car park.
then i hear a female voice call out to one of us.
“hey old man!”
she must've been talking to Kafka considering he was the oldest one..he didnt seem to notice her and i didnt want to intervene so i just watched from a slight difference, behind Reno.
“listen, old man!”
“kafka..”
“yes, im talking to you.” she says, crossing her arms and taking a step forward while practically glaring at Kafka with her half lidded eyes. she seemed young, possibly not even an adult yet...
“took you long enough, old man.”
Kafka's eyes widen at the nickname, “huh, me?” he seemed agitated...no hes definitely agitated.
he quickly stepped up and furrowed his brows while staring down at the girl, his fists clenched and eyes almost popping out of their sockets. he looked like a cartoon character..
i glance over at Reno while Kafka talks to the girl, an awkward smile on my lips.
Reno just seemed tired and bored of the situation, we both just stared from a distance.
“that piece of junk is yours, right? its in the way. i cant park my car there, move it over.”
she said, twirling one of her pigtails while seeming unbothered as if being snotty was a daily thing for her.
