Lennon stopped. He looked at the little girl. He had his hood pulled over his head, so she couldn't see him.

"Where's Evy?" the little girl asked and stood up from the ground. Evy? Memories shot through Lennon's mind.

"What's your name?" Evelyn didn't answer. "I asked you something." Lennon said in a dry voice. "So answer me." Evelyn hesitated for a moment before she spoke, her voice a whisper; "Evy..." "Evy like in Evelyn?"

Lennon turned to the girl. "She's safe." he replied coldly. The child approached him and Lennon narrowed his eyes.

"Why was Evy not moving?" the girl asked with her tear stained face.

"She's alive, don't worry." Lennon replied and turned to leave again, but the child grabbed his coat. Lennon stopped.

"I want to see Evy!" the girl begged and pulled on his coat. Lennon turned around.

"No." he replied coldly and freed his coat from the girls hands. She didn't give up tho. Lennon felt how someone pulled his wrist. He clenched his fists and turned around. "Listen, she's safe. Leave me alone, kid!" he said in a quit but serious tone.

"No!" The girl didn't want to give up. "Please!" she begged again, trying to pull Lennon back, but he didn't turn around. Lennon walked along the pathway and the girl was still pulling on him. His coat, his wrists and his hands, but Lennon didn't turn back.

"Please!" she said over and over again until she had enough. She jumped infront of him, blocking his way. "Please!" she said once again and her eyes filled with tears.

Lennon watched her cry for a moment. "Leave me alone." he then said and moved on. The little girl didn't follow him anymore. He could hear her crying, but didn't turn around.

Lennon had been walking for a couple minutes when he stopped. He felt a weird feeling of guilt wash over him. No, he was supposed to kill Evelyn anyways. He wouldn't go back. He can't go back.

He clenched his fists and hit the nearest tree over and over again, until his hands were bleeding. He cursed and turned around, rushing back to Azalea.
