You don't recall who you are, except for the name "Zero". You eventually come across a strange town and meet someone who is having trouble with a group seeking immortality. He grants you a home and in exchange, you must hunt down the people straying...
A boy ran through the woods while carrying something wrapped in thick red cloth. He dodged a few traps which include pits, swinging logs, and springs disguised as the ground, but eventually, he got past them all and reached the middle of the woods.
He then crouched and opened the cloth to reveal a picnic basket that has milk and cookies in it, and then wrapped the cloth around himself as a cape and hood before continuing to walk and saw a house styled like a pumpkin.
"Well, Blair's letter did say she lived in a pumpkin house," he said. "Time to finally meet her. At least there weren't any wolves in this place."
He then went to the front door and rang the doorbell. He waits for a few minutes before the door opened, and he saw a very beautiful woman with gold eyes, purple hair, and wearing witch clothes.

"Oh, hello boy!"
"Hello. Are you Blair?"
Blair: "Correct. Would you happen to be Zero?"
"Yes."
Blair hugged yourself and rubbed her face against yours. You are surprised at what's happening and are left unsure what to say.
Blair: "Oh, you're so cute! I'm happy to have finally met you. I got to say, your most recent letters included you going to a lot of interesting places."
"Yeah. Can we go inside first?"
"Of course," Blair responded before sniffing yourself. "Have you been running?"
"The pit, swinging logs, and springs rather implied I had to avoid them or else."
Blair: "True. Sorry, a lot of crazy people have been showing up. Actually, why don't you come inside and get yourself cleaned up?"
Blair pulled yourself in before closing the door, then she took the cloth off of yourself and hung it up.
Blair: "To be honest, I was kidding about wearing the red cloth. I just thought it'd look cute on you."
"Well, did I?"
Blair: "Of course. Now why don't you go take a bath?"
"Uh, sure."
You went to the bathroom and started the hot water for a bath.
"I prefer showers, but Blair apparently prefers baths," you thought. "Better finish up before she wants a turn."
As you got in and started bathing yourself. However, the door opened and Blair came in.

Blair: "I don't want to wait, let me get in with you."
She jumped on top of yourself and stretched.
"You didn't even knock first..."
Blair: "No need to be embarrassed. However, I am a cute, pretty lady, so I don't blame you. Aren't you happy?"
"This is happening way too fast."
Blair: "Just go with it."
Suddenly, someone crashed through the window before slipping on water and falling to the ground.
