"Shua?" Joshua turned to look at the male. "I don't really want to talk about it." He says while turning away again.

"Okay then we won't." He then walked up to the older man and back hugged him. Joshua turned in the hug to face Seokmin and hugged him back squeezing the back of his shirt.

"I just don't get why he keeps defending her." "I thought you said you didn't want to talk about it?" Joshua pulled away a bit to glare at him. "Okay okay sorry. You can carry on."

Joshua leaned back into hug. "Like why is he so anting to save the image of the woman who hurt him? He can't still love her right? I mean she hurt him years ago when Han and I were 7 almost 8 years old. At least that's what he told us. I can't really remember. It's been 21 years, I mean come on he's had to have moved on at some point."

Joshua sighed. "I just want this to be over with already." "Let's just stay here for a while before going back inside." "Yeah. That sounds nice."

*Time Skip*

After a while of being outside Seokmin and Joshua finally decided to join their friends again.

"Took you guys long enough." Seungkwan said as the two approached the group. "Yeah yeah sorry. I wanted to make sure I was completely calm before coming back inside."

"Good because I do not want to deal with a grumpy Jisoo." Jeonghan says earning him a middle finger from Joshua causing everyone else to chuckle.

They got cut off by the sound of the King of Sapphire's voice . "Good evening everyone. I'm glad you could all make it today. It saddens me to tell you that Queen Iseul dies this morning. I know that she has been gone for many years and that the news of her passing was so sudden but while she was here she was a good queen. It still stings a bit, with what happened in the past, but I try not to let it bother me."

One of the guests in the crowd had raised their hand to ask the king a question. "Yes?" "I know it's weird to ask this all of a sudden but.. why didn't you look for her all this time?" "*sigh* Because her kidnapping wasn't actually a kidnapping. She staged it so she could run away with her secret lover."

The crowd gasped as the whole room fell into whispers. Joshua was surprised to hear his dad actually tell the truth. He glanced over at Jeonghan and saw that he was just as shocked at what they heard.

"She had came back a few months ago after so many years because she had gotten sick and knew she was gonna die. She wanted to see our boys one last time but they didn't remember her and it made everyone uncomfortable. I felt bad because of her condition so I sent people to check on her but I was so upset by what happened I couldn't have her stay here making it unbearable for everyone."

Everyone continued to whisper to each other as the king stepped down from where he was standing. He looked over to his sons and gave them a small nod before walking over to their friends parents.

"I can't believe he actually said it." Jeonghan says finally. The rest nod in agreement still shocked.
