It was past sundown, Jennie stretched her body like a lazy cat. She was utterly exhausted training her clients, recording a new edition for the channel and now her body is craving for a long relaxing shower. Just wait for a while bathtub, we can have a bubble bath together. She made her way into her friend's room and looked at the person working her fingers to the bone. Jennie pouted. Am I dumping a lot of things onto her plate? Her cheeks have become so thin. I should cook something nutritious for her today. With that, she dragged Rosé out of the office.
The high spirit she had before died down, the moment she entered into the Greenwyn village. She was slowly making her way into the house like a thief in the night not to be caught by the person she wanted to avoid.
"Even if you are not caught today, he will come back tomorrow." Rosé giggled.
"At least I can be happy for tonight. I will worry about tomorrow." She blamed her alcohol tendency for not even buttoning her lip. When she was about to enter in her password, her grip tightening around the doorknob when a loud voice called out her name.
"Escaping again traitor?" He interrogated. Jennie turned around slowly and felt quite embarrassed to face him.
"All right I am leaving you guys to talk alone." Rosé bid them goodbye and went inside her home.
"Uncle Pumpkin. Please forgive me. I would never drink and speak those rubbish things." Jennie clasped her hands together and begged with her puppy eyes.
"Do you know what all nonsense things you spoke yesterday night?" Did she think he would leave her just like that? Ush Ush William? What is that word?
"A little bit," Jennie murmured gaping at the floor. All she remembered was bits and fragments like talking about a teddy bear in the wine cellar and uncle William, other than that her memory is blacked out. She was aware of everything she was babbling, but couldn't control. It's like her mind was in euphoria and her tongue was freed up.
"Do you want me to contact your Francis and tell you how tainted your mind is?" He asked.
"Nooo!" She started shedding her imaginary tears. If it enters into my Francy's ears, he will sure chop me into pieces.
"Jennie! Don't start your crocodile tears. It is obvious now." He has not even started with his revenge, she started her acting again.
"Yes, Uncle Pumpkin." She mumbled. But inside she was scoffing at him. What if those are fake tears Mr. Jack C.o.n.d.o.m? You might have actually given up seeing my cute face right? Only cute and intelligent like I can escape from any situation.
"How did you know?" He hesitantly asked.
"huh?"
"That teddy gift and about him and me?" How did this traitor know about it when he has very carefully hidden it.
"Uncle William told." She sheepishly admitted.
"That idiot." He clenched his fists. He will have to see his wrath tonight. I will not even allow him to enter today.
While he was still in his thoughts, Jennie entered her key and slipped into her home without making any sound like a cat. If not for stopping her, she would have already become one with her bathtub already. After a long relaxing bath, she slumped on her bed and slept peacefully while at the other end someone was looking at her photos intently in a pure dilemma of which one to save for his mobile screen saver and which one to save as a lock screen.

"Jennie! Leah is trying to reach your mobile but your phone is turned off." Rosé screamed entering into her office room to pass an important message.
"Is it?" She looked at her mobile. "Oh My, Francy! I have forgotten to charge it again, Rosé."
"How many times I have notified you to keep your phone on reach. I get scared when you don't answer my calls."
"All right worrywart. I will charge it now. Why did she call?" She asked plugging for her phone.
"Leah and Austin are getting married." She excitedly said.
"Finally, that playboy has given in to her charms." Can't they stay single? Why everyone is getting married? what's so good about it, she mumbled to herself?
"She has clearly notified you are going to be her bridesmaid and you should arrive a week before." Rosé was equally excited to see Jennie in a bridesmaid dress.
"All right." She chuckled. "I will talk to her. Where is the wedding destination."
"I guess it's her mom's city." Now that Rosé remembered the place, her earlier excitement died down.
"Hmmm. Maybe I forgot about the name?" As far as Jennie remembered, Leah has never mentioned her mom's city name.
"The place name is..." Rosé was fidgeting in her mind about how Jennie would react if she reveals that place. Is she going to react like in the past? She shuddered at those memories.
"Why are you dragging? Are you planning to direct a soap opera?" She giggled.
"It's Seattle!" Rosé pressed her eyes in fear not even looking at Jennie.
"Wh_at." Her voice quivered with panic. Fear gripped her throat with the mere mention of the name that has turned her world upside down.
