When Merida woke up the next morning she noticed the empty spot beside her. "Jace?" She questioned out loud as she rose from the bed to go and seek him out. Merida searched the whole house, no Jace in sight. "Damnit! Merida yelled out in frustration as she tried to call him, every call resulted in being sent to voicemail. Jace had left her, he really left. Merida was in a slump as her mind tried to wrap around what's happened to her.
Outside Merida's front door stands Casey. Jace had left and went over to Casey's house. She felt as if Merida should know because it was chewing at her brain. She raised her hand to knock on the door when it suddenly swung open, Merida stood on the other side looking at her with wide eyes. "Why are you just standing here?" She asked with her arms crossed over her chest. Casey looked up at her with a guilty look, "Can we talk, inside please?" She pleaded as she stared at Merida with an unreadable expression. Merida moved over and allowed her into the home, no knowing that she was allowing someone who betrayed her into her home.
"So we need to talk about Jace." Casey started as they sat down on the couch. Merida snapped her head towards her, "Did he say something to you, have you seen him?" She rushed out as she fiddled with her fingers. "Me and Jace have been sleeping together and I dared him to sleep with you because I felt like you haven't had any action lately and i wanted the best for you" Casey said as she nervously sat there. Merida just sat there with an unreadable expression, how in the hell was she supposed to forgive someone who betrayed her? "Meri, please say something." Casey pleaded as she grabbed her hand softly. Merida snatched away from her, "Get out, any friendship we had is fucking over. I can't believe you would do this." She said as she pushed Casey out. Casey pulled away and slapped Merida. "It's not my fault that you're stuck up and lonely!" She screamed as she grabbed Merida's hair and slapped her. Merida grabbed her and started punching her and dragging her across the floor. Merida whooped that ass and then kick her out her house. "Don't bring yo broke ass back no more!" She screamed at her.
