Nandini fell unconscious because of the nervousness of seeing Manik's family. She is still in a dilemma because they may not accept her. Everyone is worried about seeing her in the arms of Manik, laying unconscious. Rajesh Malhotra immediately asked Manik to shift her to the guest room of the mahal, which is downstairs only. Manik picked her up in his arms and shifted her to the guest while Raj called the doctor, who is a friend of his who is staying in the village.

They are worried about seeing her like this. She is so pale. Even though they are seeing her for the first time, they can easily sense that there is no happiness on her face and can see that she is so dull.

A doctor who is a friend of Raj came here fast, thinking that someone might be injured in family members. His name is Anuj, and he is the best friend of Raj. Along with Raj, Mukesh, who is the other best friend of Raj, came as he was here for his family vacation too. These three are best friends from their childhood days. Even though they chose different career paths, they remained best friends for their childhood. Raj is a businessman, Anuj is a doctor, and Mukesh is a police officer.

Anuj and Mukesh are outside the Mahal entrance, while Mukesh is parking his car. Anuj ran inside, and Kiran Malhotra, who was waiting for him, got up from the sofa. "Bhai, we are waiting for you only. Come inside, there is the room," said Kiran, showing the guest room. After going inside the room, Anuj can see an unknown girl laying on the bed, and the whole room is packed with Malhotras. So he asked everyone to move outside and let air come freely for her to hitch; everyone obeyed. Manik thought for a second to leave her or not, but when he saw his mom and Bua beside her, nodding their heads to Manik assuringly,.

When everyone was waiting in the hall, Mukesh came inside, which made Raj smile, and he hugged him. "What happened? Why did you worriedly call Anuj? Everyone is fine, na?" asked Mukesh, to which Raj said the whole drama behind him, calling Anuj, to which he smiled, seeing Manik.

Manik rubbed his nape awkardly, as his dad and his friends are the third persons who can read him easily. The first is Neonika, and the second is Cabir. That is the reason why Neonika and Cabir became crime partners, as they always think alike.

Cabir is now watching the eye-to-eye conversation between Mukesh and Manik, which made him smile notoriously, but he thought this was not the right time to tease him. While inside the guestroom after checking Nandini, Anuj silently explained the reason to Neonika and Madhu, who are with Nandini.

Anuj came to Hall when he was attacked with the questions, and in all this, he clearly saw the desperateness from Manik, to which he made eye contact with Raj and Mukesh. Cabir saw this and interjected in their eye contact, as he could see the relief in Anuj's face, which made him think that Nandini was fine. "Your friend's eye conversation can be done later. Can we know the status of Nandu?" asked Cabir, to which Manik glared as he called Nandini by his short name.

Anuj chuckled at seeing Manik and Cabir, but he thought to tell them about the status of Nandini.
"So, Manik, did she eat anything this morning?" asked Anuj, to which Manik replied, "Haa, Uncle, she ate samosas only. While returning, we stopped near a dhaba and made her eat as she is so weak from appearance." Anuj nodded, hearing him, and said, "See Manik." I guess she ate spicy food after a lot of days, which made her get stomach pain, and something might have made her nervous, due to which her blood pressure rose and she became unconscious. So, just make her eat lightly and gradually increase her spice levels to make her habituate."

Manik heard everything very clearly and nodded, planning to make her diet with his Chachi's help as she is a doctor. You might be wondering where she was when Nandini felt unconscious. Well, she is a doctor, so she suddenly got a call that there was an accident in their village. She thought to move and help the people, as the hospital is far from their village. She has not met Nandini yet, but she knows that she will be coming home. So she is in a hurry after treating the patient and is moving to the mahal.

Inside Nandini got conscious, and the first person she saw after waking up was Madhu. She got scared seeing an unknown person, so she instantly shifted backwards, removing her hand from Madhu's grip. Neonika, who saw this, instantly moved towards Nandini to make her calm. After seeing Neonika Nandini relax and get a grip on herself, she realized that her action might have hurt the person from whom she removed her hand.

"Sorry," said Nandini slowly, which no one can hear if they are not concentrating on her. Madhu smiled and again moved towards Nandini, holding her hand softly and waiting for her reaction. This time, Nandini did not move her hand from her grip, which made Neonika and Madhu smile. "No problem; I can understand you as I am still a stranger to you. so you might have feared suddenly," to which Nandini still kept her head low and slowly nodded her head.

Madhu cupped Nandini's chin and made her raise her head, and that's it. Nandini instantly fell in love with her, seeing her caring eyes and beautiful smile. It's like seeing a motherly gaze after a long time. And even when Madhu fell in love with Nandini, she suddenly felt that she was God's gift to her. She doesn't have children, so she always treated everyone from the Malhotras as her own child, but still, something always used to lack for her to feel like her own child, and Nandini's innocent eyes filled that space, making her feel like a mother.
