"My young lady."

Celia reluctantly turned around when she heard a voice calling from behind her. The voice was kept low and did not attract attention from those around her, but the reason Celia turned around was because she felt guilty.

Behind her were her maid and her guardian knight. If Celia wouldn't hope to go out, they would not have had to accompany her and walk through the city, and she had felt bad about that.

But even so, Celia was anxious to go out her capital's mansion. Now, not only her father but also her mother were keen on find her a better "a marriage partner." It was only natural for her parents to think about raising her status in society for the sake of her future, as she was not the heir to the family.

Her 14-year-old brother was growing up well. As the heir to the family and a vassal of the marquis family, he did not hesitate to devote himself to both literature and martial arts. She was proud of his younger brother. She had no particular thoughts about leaving the family inheritance to her younger brother and marrying someone else, but the noble family from the northeast that her parents had in mind was something she hadn't expected.

Her father was busy investigating the trends of Basen Henituse, and Celia had not yet been able to speak to him. Her mother, though not as keen as her father, seemed to think that if the Henituse family would be a good marriage partner. She felt totally at a loss.

She went out to relax, but it were almost impossible that noble women go out alone in the capital, so Celia had no choice but to go out with her maid and her escort knight behind her.

They went to the shopping district by a carriage, and the three of them walked from there. As a child of a noblewoman, Celia rarely shopped in the city. She would either pass the items she needed through her parents or call a merchant to her mansion. She walked, looking at the shops in the city from outside. Two attendants followed her from behind, but suddenly a maid called out to her. "Young lady, please be careful," the maid whispered to Celia. "Someone who looks like a noble is approaching." Celia was startled by the words.

Since she started walking around the city, she had met the heads of noble families several times. They were all heads of the central faction, but Celia was acquainted with them as their territories were close to the center in the southeast. She was taken aback when they called out to her from the carriage, but when it happened a second time, she wondered what was going on. But when it happened again, even she had to use her imagination.

Currently, the central faction had broken up. The family that was the head of the faction was set on fire along with its mansion. The center of the family suddenly disappeared, and because the relatives were all similar with no outstanding figures, leaving everyone who had followed the family at a loss.

However, it has been almost three months since then. The collapsed duke family has still not decided on a successor among its relatives. This means that it is time for those who belonged to the factions to decide their own future.

Even so, she can't believe they still call out to a Insignificant daughter like this!

They are in the center, but closer to the south, so they might be wondering whether faction to choose the southwest or southeast. But for now, the head of the southwest faction has not go out from his own territory, so they would probably  choose the southeast first. Even so, there's nothing Celia can do.

Celia whispered softly to the maid. "Which way is he approaching?" She thought she had to get away quickly.

"Yes, he's...," began to say, then the maid lowered her voice even further. "He has quickened his pace. It looks like he'll be able to call out to us soon."
